Well, I am just trying to be honest about what is happening to me, assess the issue as accurately as possible for me and resolve it. The programs I am using right now is Alchemist St1 still for the second cycle now at 30 seconds, I did a 1 min loop the other day but after the feedback decided to reduce even further.
