How about doing a poll at the end of each month to choose Arch Alchemist of the month? Why Arch Alchemist? Because it’s an additional motivation for our Arch Alchemist to keep doing the great job they do on the forum. The lower ranks get promoted and get the discount so that’s a very good motivation too and I think it suffices.
Arch Alchemist of the month would have some special, cool badge. And maybe some small additional discount or something of that sort?
