Guys I’m going for 14 loops of Q tonight, with no breaks In between.
This is a new record for me.
Last record was 10 loops of Q overnight.
My programs are
QL stage 2 and Stark Q core custom
Damn that’s a lot! My record I think is 17 when I started Khan St1, but that was way too much 
1loop Q for me processes like in 4days some time a week …

A year ago i survived 12 loops of Q 
I dont do more then 2 a day these days.

Good luck, my max stack at the moment is 7 loops of Q per day and 1 loop terminus.
I still take 3 days of break per weeks.

And I do feel and see the subs changing me. I get some slight recon from time to time. I don’t listen to subs more than 18h a day.

It may hurt… Fasten the belt! 
I’m beginning to think it may have something to do with the subconscious is already aligned with what is in the script. As in there is little or nothing to reconcile. I can’t prove it but that is what I’m thinking. In other words, the subconscious says something like “yes, that is me”.
