Anti recon setup

Recently I’ve acquired a “no recon even after 3x15min”.

How?

  1. Ginger roots, turmeric roots, buckthorn, half lemon juice, piperine.
  2. Use cold press juicer to run those ingredients through.
  3. Put juice in empty wine bottle (that has normal screw instead of Cork), thrown in also the solid parts from the juicing (important).
  4. Close the bottle
  5. Boil water in pot
  6. Put wine bottle in the boiled water but only so that the screw part is in water for like 3 min

Drink like 2 shots of it 3x / day. Then after a week increase frequency and drink half a bottle a day for a week. Then lower to 1 shot a day and at that point start avoiding it like 5h before sleep.

Effects?

  • no recon.
  • more happiness
  • laughing more at funny things
  • more motivation and drive
  • more clear thinking

Other things that highly contribute:

  • magnesium malate (high doses > heaped teaspoon a day split to 2/3 doses)

Hey I’d like to raise some points

Half a bottle a day is a lot of ginger, turmeric, and piperine.

You might experience GI upset, blood thinning and liver stress if you do it in such big amounts.

Also please watch out for whether you are using sea buckthorn (Hippophae) or buckthorn bark (Rhamnus). Sea buckthorn are generally safe but the other one can lead to electrolyte imbalance and liver issues in excess (even if you do one shot of this a day in the long run)

I’ve been using Ginger shots more than anything. Been buying them from local shops but I’ll try this.

Try adding gym with this or any activity in the sun. It helps so much. I know it’s fall right now but any time you get workout. Even home workouts.

Couldn’t commit to that past weeks. Insane amount of work. But yup - will get back to workouts.

That said. My eyes got whiter, hands and skin look less inflamed, less yellow - which may indicate better liver function. So maybe no harm yet. Or maybe high mineral/electrolyte intake mitigates some issues.

Are you running the same title 3 full loops a day?

Or 3 titles without starting from microloops?

The same title. I’ve improved my health recently and I’m experimenting by pushing boundaries.
