Recently I’ve acquired a “no recon even after 3x15min”.
How?
- Ginger roots, turmeric roots, buckthorn, half lemon juice, piperine.
- Use cold press juicer to run those ingredients through.
- Put juice in empty wine bottle (that has normal screw instead of Cork), thrown in also the solid parts from the juicing (important).
- Close the bottle
- Boil water in pot
- Put wine bottle in the boiled water but only so that the screw part is in water for like 3 min
Drink like 2 shots of it 3x / day. Then after a week increase frequency and drink half a bottle a day for a week. Then lower to 1 shot a day and at that point start avoiding it like 5h before sleep.

Other things that highly contribute:
- magnesium malate (high doses > heaped teaspoon a day split to 2/3 doses)
