I missed this comment and saw it only now.
The meditations I do the most are Blessing of the Energy Centers and Tuning into New Potentials. There are others too I do once in a while like Reconditioning the Body to a New Mind.
What you choose depends on how you personally feel about the meditations and which resonate most with you.
In terms of how they help me, I am hoping they bring about major physical healing as it has done for others. Meanwhile they do help in releasing a lot of past trauma. Somewhat like the healing titles over here do.

The plan is to upgrade the 3 customs I have. Am still thinking whether i should split them into more than 3 to focus on more areas of my life and rotate them over different cycles.
Not decided yet. Am taking my time. And catching up on the forum activities and the journals I frequent here.
Have updated my customs and received them just before the new module pack released. But no regrets since i want to wait for more Essence modules being released before I update these again.

I have only run one loop of the new GENGHIS and GILGAMESH each so far and I can safely say that after two days (one run day and one rest day) that the Experimental Anti Recon (EAR) module works perfectly. I put EAR in GILGAMESH and it’s worth the add.
Hope this continues when I run GIGACHAD tomorrow.
And fingers crossed on trying my new booster out (aka GENSHIN IMPACT). It might end up technically being a 4th title in the stack but I want to try the QuantumZP Ascension Chamber out and see how it goes.

About your Gigachad V2, what is your experience combining so much ps modules into one custom?
I’m seriously considering getting a custom for my mom once I can afford it, but taking modules for all her challenges add up pretty fast to eleven ps modules…
Did you do that before and have some experience putting so much ps in one custom?

The custom I made for myself here is a very idealized version. For that reason, I didn’t think too much about how fast they would work.
More than 3 or 4 APS, SPS, and A/SPS modules in one custom will be taxing. The other physical shifting modules could make the custom dense too.
In short, if we want our custom to work fast, then the fewer shifting modules, the better of course.
For mom, Paragon Complete and Helen of Troy themselves would cover a lot of ground for her requirements. Maybe combining them in a custom and putting in a few physical shifting modules that are more urgent would be enough.
Again, my customs in this journal are over the top to reflect some dreams I have about my life. I don’t know how fast similar customs would work for others so I generally don’t recommend it to them since for me too they are pretty slow.
But who knows? It could be worth an experiment.
I put customs in the realm of experimentation. If one has money that one is willing to risk and see if they work for them.
But if the custom is highly focused and light, it would be less experimental in my book.
