Lol that’s true. It was a bit frightening for me too since I wondered about achieving the results of these customs. But I told myself that given time, it will happen.

Absolutely! I thought about it a LOT! And ended up choosing the 8 cores and modules I couldn’t do without. Some of the modules might be a bit redundant with the Cores but I don’t mind the repetition.
I learnt from my Revelation of Heart custom (Love Bomb Core + Love Bomb for Humanity Core + loads of love and empathic modules) that that template works very well for me.
I agree. Am mainly reaffirming some things that I already know to be true in my concious mind but sometimes I can feel that my subconcious doesn’t believe it yet. But it will eventually.

I know that you know… but you know its always good when theres reinforcement coming from the outside world.
Its such a simple practice that it was easy for me to under appreciate in the past, but It has been so powerful and such a great complement to KB that I dont see myself getting out of bed without doing it.

Day 3
GILGAMESH
- It’s interesting that I wrote 2 poems one after the other today. I guess Ultimate Writer X Core finally kicked in. Or most probably, I tried writing the first line and the rest came to me naturally.
- There’s no need to wonder if what I write will be liked by everyone. There’s always an audience for different types of writers especially when they tell you that they like what you write.
- Wanted Black Core and Paragon Complete Core in GILGAMESH has me super hungry. So will be dropping the one meal a day plan for a while and see if I can reduce calories in every meal I take. That should not only help with physical healing and shifting but also with creativity. I notice that my creative juices usually flow when I eat well.

Day 4
Rest Day
- So today I ended up researching poetry writing and writing a poem that didn’t rhyme much but had better imagery than what I usually write.
- GIGACHAD is fortifying my confidence in my writing abilities and helping me prioritise poetry writing for now as opposed to fiction and non-fiction.
- I want to get my first poetry book out this year and Stark Black Core and Ultimate Writer X Core will help with this.
- I won’t worry about wealth through the writing of this book. I have other avenues for that right now. Let me chase my passion and feel a paperbook in my hands with my name on it. I had always wanted that since as long as I can remember.
- I am done spurning that dream. Time to make my desires come true.
- Had a normal diet today. I feel more energized due to it. Instead of one meal a day, I will have 3 meals and keep them small. And have tea too. Good food makes me feel invigorated and creative. F the sacrifice. I feel that am myself again having some taste in my mouth. Also will add loads of exercise to this to uncover GILGAMESH.

Day 5
GENGHIS, GIGACHAD
- Real good day today in terms of mood and confidence.
- Started incorporating some burpess into my workout. Have to be careful though since my legs have a tendency to get inflammation due to a past surgery. But Serum X and the Legs module from GILGAMESH should help with that. In addition to that, have been doing pushups for some months now.
- My sense of humor and socialisation is increasing thanks to NEW Khan, NEW Wanted Black and Stark Black from my customs. Also the Song of Joy helps.
- Really want to enjoy my life to the fullest. I think this is NEW Khan. There was some part of this in the old Khan but NEW Khan ST4 in my GENGHIS custom taking this to the next left in combination with Khan Black ST4. Talking about Khan Black ST4, it’s giving me more energy not only in the body but also in the mind. More things are possible since am feeling more youthful.
- Am getting excited to go on a trip to another city next month. I normally am introverted in nature but now am raring to go out more often.
- My stack is feeling lighter now. Not scary anymore. Just damn exciting.

Rest Day
- Emperor’s Voice and Whispered Power giving me that smooth, deep voice even when its volume is low. My vocal range is very good.
- Loads of things going on in my mind thanks to New Dawn. My mind is working overtime to reconcile my present situation and to make a new life out of current circumstances.
- Culture affects a lot of what we do but our minds go beyond the physical and even the psychological. I need to dig even deeper into myself to accept and use that power.
- I accept that I have to take total responsibility of my own life and that society can’t stop me from going after what I want.
- I can be anywhere in the world. What’s stopping me from going to another country?
- Lets create the Lion Reality Bubble.

Day 7
GILGAMESH
- Have been feeling healthier since I started running GILGAMESH (2 loops total so far). My heart beat feels like it is going at a more even rate thanks to the Cardiovascular module.
- Could hear a bit better today without the hearing aids. Thank you Hearing module!
- Eyesight also has more range although the blurriness hasn’t come down yet. Eyesight module of course!
- Am sure Paragon Complete Core and Radiating Health is working on many of my other health issues.
- Got a haircut today which is more suited to my face shape. Must be Wanted Black Core effect. Looking very sharp after that.
- Feeling very chill. Snoop Dogg mode activated lol!

I follow the listening instructions. 2 customs on one day, one after the other before sleep. Take rest day. And the 3rd custom I run before sleep the day after the rest day. And so on.

You always done full loops or have you micro loop for a significant amount of time?

I had tried microloops a few times (maybe 5 times max in all the time I have been here) but always felt like I didn’t complete doing what I was supposed to do which is playing the full track. So now I run the full loop and not worry about it.

But only 2 Cores per custom. And I have run all the Cores in their main store title form except Stark Black (although I have run Stark for a good duration of time).
Haven’t run NEW Khan but Khan has been a major focus of my SubClub journey right from the start. It’s my favorite Alpha Mindset audio.

Day 8
Rest Day
- Running Khan in one of my current customs, I don’t detect that previous feeling of “chest thumping” anymore. This is a good thing. It feels more like a relaxed and composed confidence. More Sanguine I guess.
- Quiet confidence is not only more attractive, it is also less disruptive to the person practicing it.
- Stronger morning wood these days thanks to Khan Black. Possibly a Wanted Black effect too.
- Not much inspiration to write the past 2 days but the desire was there. That was interesting. You want to write but don’t know what to write lol.
- My current customs are great. Even if the occasional reconciliation is there, there is no nagging doubt in my mind whether I can handle the scripts and whether the customs are working. This is largely due to following the 2 Core per custom recommendation. It’s not that my friends won’t get results if they have 3 Cores in their ZP customs. More like a placebo effect of knowing am in the safe zone since am not packing my customs with too many Cores.
- Also my customs are pretty focused. Not as kitchen-sink as before.
- I do wish I got offers for sexting on Facebook. It’s one of the things I miss these days. Ah, Lion does have his fetishes. Hoping Wanted Black Core will lure in some women who like verbal stimulation.
