Some deep processing again. It always precedes a breakthrough for me, so I welcome it, even though it might be uncomfortable
I wrote this a couple of days ago but realized that it’s actually nearly one more month lol - I’m 19 listening days in. 11 listening days left + 10 rest days respectively + 5-8 days of washout = 26-29 days before new cycle lol
And then the self sabotage kicked in.
“Just finish this cycle in August so that you can start a new one at a cool date of 1st of September. Not like a few more listening days can play a big role”
Yeah right, but why would I do it? What’s the point? What’s up with this impatience?
And I can’t find a single logical answer lol. But the feeling is there.
If I switch my stack right now, can I say that I did my best with it? That I really integrated all the features? The ones that were the reason for me to start the stack in the first place? Obviously not lol, one of the features of the stabilizer is literally “follow-through”. And if I didn’t integrate the features of my stack, then what was the point of even running it in the first place? Just a waste of time
The only way I can learn to follow-through is, ironically, by following-through
In the past, I used to perceive recon (specifically, the symptoms) as something negative but I now realize that it’s literally a training ground for the qualities that I want to cultivate. And I feel gratitude after realizing it.
I think Saint or Fire said somewhere that the desire to switch stack is one of the last defenses of the subconscious before a breakthrough. That seems to be the case for me
