I did what @Benny suggested in another thread - listen to a longer loop, so I did 7 min of ECC and RICH

And I actually feel good today. I’m taking 2+ days off now so we’ll see. If his recommendation doesn’t work, I guess I’ll be building up from 1s but so far I’m full of hope

That works too.

In my experience, and from what I observe from my friends, the recon kinda gets buried with more exposure, making it more bearable, but it increases the subtle recon, stuff you don’t realise can affect your performance & stability.

But if it works for you, then go for it. That’s what my friend prefers too and they’re doing great.

Once you go for a longer loops you can come back down to micro looping as you understand the later context of what’s coming

well, I guess as long as my productivity doesn’t suffer, I can cope with this subtle recon. Because otherwise I’m just laying in bed all day and barely take any action lol

today is better than yesterday though, so it’s good for now

yeah, I think I’ll try 7min loops but 3-5 rest days between them for now and if I’m not satisfied with results/recon, then I’ll try microloops once again

honestly makes me re-think a ton about my life lol, even though I’m not watching that much anime/tv series/movies anymore, I’m still an avid reader, and for the past couple of years, I’ve only been reading stuff where main character is in some sort of cruel hard world, they are struggling to survive, etc. lol

It’s actually so extreme that I can’t remember any positive movie/book/tv series that I consumed in the last like 5 years lmao

I’ve switched to the relativist approach because it’s the most aligned way. So basically, use your own discernment and intuition about what to read or watch.

As you grow in your direction, you’ll start filtering and losing interest in things while gaining interest in other things.

For example: You might binge-watch a TV drama, and once you start growing you might think “man, this show is nonsense”. You might stop watching it. But you came to the conclusion yourself - you didn’t do it because someone said “hey, this show is nonsense… stop watching it”. You’ll start filtering automatically as a natural process of growing.

Roflmao, yeah I do that a lot - I mess with famous people’s quotes.

I did that with the famous supposed Einstein quote too. I think I deleted it.

It was something like “The definition of insanity is keeping the same internal framework and expecting a different reality.” Something along those lines, I can’t remember.

Anyways, you’re probably processing a lot and tweaking your perceptions, learning to respect your own creative power, and ability to achieve your goals. Those tweaks start building confidence and help you get more dialed in. Keep progressing champ!

well, today was much worse. A lot of processing again, very unproductive

I’ll take an extended washout of 12+ days and then will try to start with RICH solo. If it goes well, I’ll add OG Emperor for some time.

If it doesn’t, I’ll try OG Emperor solo then and the conclusion would be that I don’t gel well with ZPU subs at this point

like listening only one sub per listening day, starting at 3-5s, etc.

Try Alpha gpc (someone recommended it on the forum a long time ago - you can search for it)

I actually forgot I used to use this as a supplement

I just started it again and had a really good sleep last night as well as energy today

So, going to try this next: listening ECC on Friday (today is washing out though) + RICH on Sundays, at 5s each. If it works, I’ll add a bit more frequency, then will work on duration

I gotta make it work, I’m sure I can. Don’t want to deviate from my stack any more times, if I have to build up from 1s, so be it

I do have great results, I want to keep snowballing them

10h of sleep, and sleepy all day generally, had vivid dreams and feeling lots of doubt and like I Don’t understand anything lol

but productivity is back

so, I just couldn’t wait to test the theory of 5s loops so I did a loop of ECC on Friday. I guess there still was some processing going from 7m loops but as I mentioned, I was quite productive today, energy levels were great despite sleepiness, and recon was very manageable

I guess I’ll test it with RICH tomorrow, and see what’s up, but I guess I’m very near finding my duration sweet spot

I think this is it actually, 5 sec + 1 sub per listening day don’t seem to cause productivity loss

insane how little exposure I actually need.

I also want to run The Stabilizer but given my current processing limits, it makes more sense to just work with my current stack for a few months before making any changes, I think. Currently considering adding The Stabilizer in September, maybe?

Also the good thing is that I haven’t even had any thoughts of switching ECC/RICH, sub hopping doesn’t seem to be a problem anymore, and I’m really glad I don’t have to fight the desire to switch stack anymore lol

I wonder if it’s the result of exposure management, new tech or my own actions (which ones?)

Also, I didn’t have these recon problems with older subs while using these exact headphones, and I was (and still am) getting results
