This will not only give you the alpha foundation where you won’t cry at the drop of a hat but also give you the ability to work hard and shrug of temporary setbacks and things that seem to be in the way and it will also give you a boost in the business brain department too.
So run AM for a year.
Well you could choose to do a suboptimal solution but you, me and everyone else here already knows that subs not only work but work well. You just have to figure out how to get them to work for YOU.
Never heard of the book but again, you could choose to run around like a headless chicken like the posters above and not get anywhere because you have no foundation to improve upon.

Hey @prome, you are having resistance because you are most likely not acting upon the objectives of Khan, meanwhile, you are exuding the thought patterns and emotions of Khan which is making you feel good; worthy, confident, powerful, etc
You must understand that Khans, Emperors, Starks are not born like that – often it takes multiple decennia for humans to reach such a position, definitely in the case of Khan which is far above that of a Stark or Emperor. Now, people here on the forum believe they can go through each Stage for a month and be done with it – sure they might have changed a bit, lured some women in their bed, had some sex, some revelations, and social power but in the end, they barely build a Business or anything of that nature.
I mean, it does not matter – Khan can be used and has its purpose for things without building an Empire, I used it to understand and study power dynamics, and for general experimentation to gain a deeper understanding of my subconscious, meanwhile being confident enough to finish certain harsh tasks I was unable to do otherwise.
You see, it definitely has its usage, and you certainly have the possibility to become a Khan, albeit it you are a little older and have a solid foundation already (fruitful work background, lot’s of women, or perhaps a wife and a flourishing business or casino’s). I’d say a casino boss, someone who owns several shopping malls or things of that nature is optimal for a Khan user – now if you are literally starting from the bottom up, yes Khan is going to beat you down and give you reconciliation you have never experienced before unless you have the mental ability to understand subliminal’s and cope with it through meditation and control of thought/emotions.
And then, it will still hit you into reconciliation when unexpected events arise in your life.
As previously mentioned, Khan is astoundingly useful, you can certainly step up and become a Khan if you lay down a path and forge yourself after it – which are essentially what the Stages are supposed to do and you can make unbelievable Quantum Leaps – but you must take the action when the ideas and opportunities arrive.
For me, I was provided so many opportunities in all fashions of life – simply because others noticed my Energy and found it extremely useful for specific business and sales oriented positions – but I took none of them, they did not interest me and as a Khan, I felt obligated to build my own Empire anyway, I’d rather not follow anyone’s rules.
I’m only grasping the surface here but have you noticed that mostly the Khans are getting banned and into problems on the forum? Give that some deep thought, and perhaps you may realize why that is.
See, if you are feeling nudged to move out of your house, build a business, or certain other activities but you are not taking the actions out of fears, insecurities, or other issues it is obvious you need healing first because those ‘subconscious blockages’ are preventing you to execute the script and considering the Stages of Khan, of which Total Breakdown is the only one containing healing, besides being absolutely ruthless – a lot of problems tend to arise on the later ones. And none ever sticks with Total Breakdown for longer than a month anyway, after a 21-days it makes you really empty and without much character or personality (morals, believes, ethics, standards, opinions, character traits, etc) – again not saying this is a bad thing, I absolutely adore this Stage – it empties the bucket like no other and I went through it twice, clearing away so much garbage.
However, I’ve tested it alongside the other Stages and it simply did not work, causing too much drifting apart in several directions which often resulted in unbearable reconciliation. Now that Dragon Reborn is released, this ‘problem’ can easily be resolved by using that alongside Total Reprogramming, Action, and Complete in order to eradicate false believes when they are thorough your journey of development.
Look, for every problem there is a solution – all creative thinkers know this and they Love problems because they are assured they can solve them, if you want to become a Khan I’d suggest you take an honest look at your life, without lying to yourself or others and provide an overview so we can help you devise a plan accordingly, at the end that’s what we are here for.

I’ve had an idea to build a special community for people that’ll help creators.
I’ve been discussing the idea with my friend, and we’re gonna do it. I think it is a really good idea, but there are many unknown variables, and we are beginners and dont know much about building a thriving online community.
This lack of knowledge and fear of failure is making me put off working on this and procrastinate. But yeah i can learn things and all.
I really want financial independence. My first job as software engg beings next month. I dont wanna be a waggie for long.

Total Breakdown is in fact the easiest one, it does not cause much resistance as it removes the resistance.
Depending on each individual and the issues he/she wants to address I do recommend it for those who have a past of outrageous misery, chaos, and trauma – it truly clears one slate and empties one’s bucket like no other.
However, it is not a necessity – it can be used, over a prolonged period of time to reset oneself and embark on a new path.
