Hello I’m on the custom store trying to make a new custom and I added modules that I have already bought before and it seems that I cannot add them for free. Aren’t already bought modules free or it has changed and we have to pay for them now?
If your logged into your account, just build the custom by adding all licenced modules. No requirement to purchase them again. Q system checks if you own them.

I’m doing that and the price is not 0 it’s 15 USD. It adds the price to the total amount. Before I remember it the price of the module was showing 0. Maybe it’s a glitch
Are you doing this in the ‘Step 1: License Modules’ section or the ‘Step 2: Build Title’ section?

Yes but I have bought the modules from 2021. Not sure if that’s the problem

You mustn’t purchase them again from the account you did it before.

You don’t have to purchase the modules again. Maybe it was that recent glitch where some modules couldn’t be seen in the Build Title section.
Could you check it again now.

No need to buy the modules if they were purchased before, even if the frontend has an issue and allows you to purchase again.
EDIT: Also, to add the modules to the build, you do it on the build page dropdown. I think you may be adding the modules to the cart and THEN buying the build? If you’ve already done so, and you actually purchased the modules in the past, send support an email so we can refund what you already purchased.

Yeah, that’s what came to mind for me as well, that he may be adding them to cart.
However, once we’re logged into the Q-store, the ‘add to cart’ turns into ‘you’ve already purchased this module’, I believe.
@Sage_Ninjistic , @SaintSovereign yes the*“you’ve already purchased this module”* button is replaced with the button “add to cart”. I’m logged in the website. Haven’t bought it yet btw
As stated by most people above, do not go to Step 1, go to Step 2 and build the custom. The system will check at Step 2 build option page if you already licensed the modules regardless of what your seeing in your side step 1.
As SaintSovereign has stated, it may be a front end issue on their side which will be resolve soon.
What I did was:
- license all modules
- fill the build options and choose the modules I licensed
- checkout
Still the price is as if I haven’t bought any modules before
I’m confused. The base build price is $99. Adding the modules just tells us what you want in your custom. The price won’t go more than $99 unless you select any of the add-ons. It won’t go under $99 unless you’ve applied for your SubClub Elites discount.

you’re probably just not logged into your account
I think I have an idea of what might have happen.
Could you test something jaguar? Can you empty your cart completely?
By going to view cart and then clicking on empty cart.
You should see “Your cart is currently empty.”
Then go straight to “fill the build options and choose the modules I licensed” as you did prior on the page of Step 2.
Add to cart the custom you build and check the price at the checkout if it is $99 without additional options such as build type, mask nor sound quality.
I’m also confused🤣, I’ll just buy it like that
Yeah it is always 99 the problem is 3-4 modules I purchased before i have to buy them again.
