IIRC there are 2 stages
1st stage license the modules you need, except those you had already licensed in the past: select the modules, add them to the cart and pay for them. You should get an email confirming your purchase.
2nd stage build your custom: select licensed cores and and modules, write your name, select mask, select normal or terminus, etc and type of audio file.
Select proceed or continue and pay. You should get another email confirming your order.

Because you are in the first step and you only add to the cart the new modules you are buying now 
Later, in the second step you add the modules you have licensed to the build, not the cart!
I don’t think you understood what I wrote before
If you purchased the module already you don’t need to add it to the cart again broski
Just add the new modules you haven’t purchased to the cart, then build the sub using the build options and select both the old and new modules for it
