After my 5 day washout I ran GLM+PCC(1 full loop each) at night of 16th may.
Then I slept and woke up in the morning and started to move towards my destination on bus for 17 hours; in the night I took a sleep pill and and slept from 9 pm of 17th may until 9:30 of 18th may, so two nights sleep (one very long and rich)
I saw my email and my custom was here.
GlM, PCC, The commander, elegance, ethereal presence, fenrir, fearsome, Aura of craving, furious ascent, edge of danger, divine will, eagle eye, entranced, alpha of alpha, deus, auric overdriver, faith unyielding, gloryseeker, dominion, the architect.
The results were much more better, Much more.
So I listened at 18th, 9:30 am, then woke up at 20th may after two nights sleep and was feeling reconciliation, but it was honestly not harsh. So I started running my custom (did not wait for the recon to vanish)

I am listening to my custom since 18 th may and I did not took just one of my rest days, I also had a 5 day washout before that.
So it has been 5 listening days, I think in 2 or 3 last days I listened 2 loops each day.
The custom is in T squared format.
I have been running GLM, PCC and commander which are main cores of my custom for a fairly long time(with some overexposure before and fairly harsh recon in rest days which I was complying with guidelines before my washout) as a major program.
So I think most of recon is gone.
So I have been listening for 10 days overall and skipped just one rest day. Sometimes I feel pressure on my forehead, I experience tiredness when I listen on the mornings(I will sleep but I can carry if needed)
Sometimes I wonder this forehead and upper nose (kinda magnetic) pressure is power exhibition, cuz I feel/know when my eyes exude tremendous power when outside and needed(I feel the pressure).
But I also have this hypothesis that it’s from a bit of overload and also the sub processing.
Last night which was the end of my rest day, I felt tired and some headache. Sometimes during the day I feel headaches, but it’s not on the level to make waver from my daily goals. Also I felt very little recon since I started my custom solo. I think I should say my custom’s modules:

I don’t know if it’s my results diminished or recon or the coquettish behavior of pcc(yes it has)
In the first days when I came to iran and joined my family including my crazy narcissist dad who is the boss and provider, my behavior was very good with him, he was showing signs of not giving value to me but I was doing the first law of power to the extreme and he started loving me. Then there are 2 days which I backed up and am aloof. My subconscious did this in a very calculated manner, cuz now my father has more attention to me. But my concern is the executive thing, like when I was so flattering and very pleasing in my expressions, the good executive ideas came and I was sharing it in a very careful manner, or I was planning everything, like opening the parking door early that we should have not waited for it to open.
But now this NOT planning and execution came on surface.just by writing this an explanation came to my mind:
I think two laws of power are in synergistic play here, one is the unpredictability. Unpredictability is the aloofness and coldness, and low executive function is the “NOT OUTSHINING THE MASTER”
If you have high executive functions but you SHOW insecurity even in your executive abilities when suggesting them to the master, you WONT outshine the master.

and even though he is narcissistic in his cerebral cortex, but he loves me in his reptilian brain. So: he does not want ANYONE to outshine him, but he wants me to outshine ANYONE.
So yeah, some paradox

But he also loves me, and I declare my boundaries better
Even I am using pcc(along others), but some nights ago I declared a boundary and told him with seriousness that he should not ruin my reputation
So I guess my subconscious know that he is more than a narcissist master to me, he loves me and wants me to be better. That is why my subconscious let me express anger, but not shouting, in an Alpha way.
Either this, or I had recon or other cores or module like glm and commander dominated pcc and the custom did not give desired synergistic effects
