More healing dreams, yet I don’t remember a single one. Not sure why I don’t remember them? It’s a little odd, which is why I’m including this information in my journals.

I woke up a couple hours earlier than I normally would, and am not sure why I did. I checked the time and then fell right back to sleep. I knew that I had a dream just before I woke up and that I went to sleep right into another dream. I’m still confused as to why I don’t recall what they were about, but I do know the feelings of those dreams.

I’m not worried about it at all, just puzzled and it’s different than my norm.

I feel good today, like I have been lately. Calmer and calmer seems to be my demeanor now, as the days go by. Funny thing is though, my boundaries are getting much better and I am very quick to defend them. I’m not mean about it, I just don’t fight about it. There is no longer a struggle, or a fight. These are the borders. Any questions?

The only way I can explain the demeanor now is this, “These are my boundaries, you now know them, if you cross them I will instantly remind you and slam the door. You made the choice I didn’t. Now stop.”

I’ve mentioned it recently. That used to be natural to me as a manager but since I started trading solo, I actually softened up considerably. To be honest, I had to because you can’t fight the markets. You genuinely learn to be a follower. It’s when I started fighting things again, that’s what got me into trouble with the markets.

My Forex Trading Timeline

I quit my career job in mid 2005 and went full time with studying, demo trading, etc. I started real trading full time in January 2006.

I had developed a good strategy for everyday trading and did quite well. However, I learned one hell of a strategy for NFP (Non Farm Payroll) that made me a ton of money every single NFP without fail. UNTIL market manipulators caught on and started to increase the spreads 5+ minutes before NFP release.

The huge traders, big banks, very large hedge funds, etc, have NFP in their hands BEFORE public release. They aren’t supposed to trade that information before public release, but they always did. You would see a sudden move one way or the other about 30 seconds before the release. You could bank on this move 100%. It wasn’t a huge move, but was significant compared to the calmness before the release.

I would genuinely make upwards of $ 225,000 in less than an hour. Sometimes as quick as 25 minutes. Than I’d be done for that Friday and had fun on the weekend. And boy was Vegas fun during those times, especially as a local.

But times change. The markets change strategies over time. Look up Game Theory and you’ll understand why markets change. Simply stated, if too many people do the same thing and win, then there isn’t any money left to be made and there is no longer an edge. That’s very simplified, but also cuts to the chase as far as trading and investing.

Don’t follow the herd, follow the shepherd! That’s the best trading/investing advice I can give.

Many years ago I purchased a very good Remote Viewing program and a Remote Influencing program from Gerald O’Donnell, which I still have on CD

I did go through the Remote Viewing program and was decent at it (like anything, you have to practice to get better) but I got busy with other things. To be honest, the Great Recession.

Long story short, I receive emails from Gerald on occasion, some of which are quite odd IMHO (he channels to The One which he claims is God. Sort of reminds me of Esther Hicks with Abraham. It’s fine, just not my thing), but I digress, in this latest email he gave a printable wall chart with some very awesome things to remember how to truly live.

For example “Laughter is the best way to deny illusions, for illusions are pesky little creatures and cause uf to miss our total Truth.” There are a few others, most of which I really like.

I’ll share the pdf here:

A Silent Guide and Ode to RE-Membrance pdf

I like it. It vibed with me and this is good stuff to remind you how to live and be genuinely happy. I don’t agree 100% with everything on there, but overall, excellent advice.

What doesn’t jive with me? “I con-sume, therefore I con myself.” I get the jist, and overconsumption isn’t good, so that I can agree with. Hell, drinking too much water will kill you also. Take things in moderation.

But consumption allow us to get things we need AND circulates money. When we purchase subs here we are consuming. It helps us out and it helps the owners and founders out. When we gently consume on Amazon, or wherever, it is helping to employ people and drive the economy.

OVERconsumption isn’t good. So if a person needs to con-sume to feel better about themselves, then indeed “I con-sume, therefore I con myself.” absolutely is a fitting thing to say.

I guess it depends on a person’s angle on how they look at something. And ultimately, PEACE is peeling those layers back, one layer at a time.

Money. Many different angles to look at it. Money is the root of all evil? No. Assholes are. The same asshole can pick up a rock and take someone’s life. Don’t blame the rock. Blame the asshole behind the rock.

Money is a tool. A tool that EVERYBODY needs and uses. Those who want to tax successful people to give it to those who don’t have, and then turn around and claim money isn’t important to them, well then, why are you focused on money still? :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

So people like that are saying THEIR money isn’t important to them, but other people’s money is.

I genuinely wanted to add Essence: The Alchemy of Money to my trading build because it is very important to help heal wealth issues and ultimately help with trading and investing, but it would have actually slowed my progress right now.

When I reach a certain milestone with my trading, which will be AFTER I move to Arizona and specifically when I get a second home in Sedona, that’s when I’ll build a custom investing module. I’ll include the Alchemy of Money then, or even the full Revelation of Wealth core.

I’m curious with how I’ll grow with PEACE along with The Worthiness Recalibration and Roots of Scarcity, which are in my healing custom. Then when I add the trading custom, which has the New Wealth Experience core along with Inherited Wealth Stories and Essene: The Inner Edge all together. That’s some serious core wealth and trading core areas. Not on par with the Alchemy of Money, but I do feel that will be much easier to run when I’m ready for the custom investing sub.

If you notice, I need a couple of steps ahead of time worked out. I need to know my general direction. Things will change. I’m pliable and adaptable. But I still need the basic path laid out in front of me. I need to figure out how to see the forest through the trees ahead of time, not wake up in the trees and get overwhelmed.

Yeah. My Dodgers won tonight. Was a tight game but they still won. The Series still isn’t over and the next round will be a doozy, IF they make it past this one. They only need to win one more, whereas Atlanta will have to win the next two. Possible but not likely.

It’s interesting to me, because when the Dodgers lost a couple of nights ago, I’m not saying it would have necessarily ruined my day before, but it would have colored the rest of my day. Now? Disappointed and then over it. Back to equanimity (forgot to mention that I worked through the other stuff and the equanimity is back).

Same thing with their win tonight. Awesome. But back to my baseline. IF, the Dodgers make it to the World Series and IF they win, I’m very curious to how I’ll be. I think I’ll be charged for a whole day or more.

IF they lose, or don’t even make it to the World Series, we’ll see. l do think I’ll get over it fairly quickly and get back to normal. That’s what I’m hoping for. Although I still prefer the scenario with the Dodgers winning the World Series all together.

They’re just games overall. And overall I’m not a huge sports fan. I love baseball but prefer to see games in person. I rarely watch a full game on tv, or if I do it’s more in the background.

Hockey though, I’ll watch a full game from time to time (Vegas Golden Knights or LA Kings). Of course I love live games also but I don’t live in a city with an NHL team.

Very early this morning I watched a documentary titled How Money Was Invented: The Birth of Currency on the Youtube channel History & Civilizations and really enjoyed it.

A better title would have been “The Birth of Coinage Currency” or something along those lines because beads, shells, certain rocks, animal pelts, etc go back much longer.

We truly don’t know the real origins of money or “currency”. There are plenty of theories, just like how dogs became domesticated, but that is all they are, theories. Or stories. But I digress.

This was an excellent documentary and frankly some of it I didn’t know. Later tonight I’m going to watch essentially the second part which is on the history of money in China, which goes further back then the history in the one I watched this morning.

I actually thoroughly enjoy documentaries and books on this kind of thing. I was a Sophomore in High School when I read, on my own accord and own interest mind you, on the history of money. I was a different kid. LOL.

That was the same year that I realized there was no way I was going to be a Veterinarian because there was no way I was going to be able to pay for the schooling. That’s all I ever wanted to do up until that point. I never wavered from that until my Sophomore year in High School. That’s when I vacillated between a few potential careers including Stock Broker, Entrepreneur, Salesperson (which BTW, that’s all Stock Brokers are. I’m not kidding) and then decided on being a Manager.

    Late Morning

Not sure if these are the same type of dreams I’ve been having or not but this morning every single one of my dreams I remember were about people and things being taken away from me.

But these aren’t violent dreams or people and things being taken away forcefully, just in mundane ways, but then they’re gone for good. There are about half a dozen I remember back to back. These are very short dreams, maybe a minute each. No one I knew or things from my past, but I was attached to these people or things in the dreams.

I don’t know if my subconscious is working on detachment, loss, all the above? It’s very interesting that what I remember was back to back. One short dream to another, almost like a conveyor belt and different permutations of ways to lose friends, loved ones, things I was attached to, etc.

That’s very interesting to me. Like I said, I have no clue if those are the types of dreams I had the couple of days prior or not because I don’t recall specifics, just the feelings.

I’ve sat with the feelings from last night’s’ dreams and recalled the feeling from the prior couple of nights and they are identical. So this is something my subconscious is working on.

Here is an excellent post describing in detail the point of eventually increasing loop times. When it’s NOT needed, when you might want it and the different stages of progression of a title, custom, etc.

@anon15812918 shared this with me and I’ll share the post from @Fire here.

Fire Explaining Stages Within A Sub, & Increasing Loop Times

This really helped me to fill in the knowledge gap. You’ll do your growth more harm by increasing loop times if you and your system are not ready. I love the fact he used Forex in his analogies. Speaking my language. :grinning:

    Early evening

I had to run an errand today and realized something has shifted recently and I didn’t even realize it. PEACE works very subtly sometimes.

Gushing over the Sunny & Warm Weather

Man, what a gorgeous day to run errands. I know I said this about two weeks ago, but honestly, the good weather is coming to an end very soon. We’ve been lucky this year and it came back for a few days.

I’m not old in my book, I just turned 55 in Sept, but as you get older friends and loved ones pass on, celebrities (musicians, actors, authors, etc) you admired pass on, etc. The older you get, the more it happens. It’s just the circle of life.

It’s never really easy, but sometimes it’s devastating, and truth is, it’s also accumulative. A childhood friend who was my Mom’s age passed away a few years ago. I was very close to her. I’ve mentioned her before.

I never really got over her passing. I had plenty of time to prepare for it. She had a very rare and advanced bone marrow cancer that was untreatable. She was in the hospital and we talked every couple of days. One night we were talking and she all of a sudden wasn’t feeling good and had to rush to get off the phone and get a nurse in.

I received a phone call the next morning. She passed away less than an hour after we hung up. Not as bad as my experience with my partner. We hugged goodbye before my partner left for work and I went to bed. I woke up to knocking on the door. It was the Police to inform me that my partner was instantly killed in a DUI accident (the other driver was intoxicated, not my partner, and that driver had multiple prior convictions).

I still need healing about my partner, but my friend I was talking about I had accepted and let go. But not really. And that’s the rub. You learn to move on because life goes on. But it is a low level energy leak. I no longer feel that. It’s difficult to explain, but PEACE helped me to truly accept that my friend is gone. No pun intended (not the time) but I’m truly at peace with her passing. I don’t feel this energy leak.

I’m convinced that in time I’ll feel the same way about my partner passing away and so suddenly. I know my partner would want that with me. l have zero doubts. If the tide was turned I would want the same for my partner. In time I’ll truly accept it like I’ve been able to with my friend passing away.

I keep saying this, but man, I can’t wait until around this time next year to see my growth. And then two years from now. Especially financially.

    Very early morning

Well, my Dodgers won tonight by 4 to 1 against the Braves and it was iffy who was going to win the Brewers Padres game because it’s been a very close series overall. The Brewers ended up winning and took the series.

So now, just like last year, it’s the Dodgers against the Brewers for the NLCS series. This should be a tough series. I’m very curious to see how I handle the ups and downs. I usually don’t get carried away but normally I’d be bummed for a couple of days if the Dodgers didn’t make it to the World Series.

Well, I’m off to bed. I’m curious about my upcoming dreams tonight.

I’ve been noticing lately that during down times I can just sit and do nothing. I’m not even bored when I do this. I was doing this this morning while drinking coffee. I checked emails, looked at some financial and market news briefly and then just sat there.

No music (which I love). No videos. Just sitting there, not even getting carried away by any thoughts. This is absolutely PEACE. I attribute quite a bit to PEACE, but I am spot on.

I actually am looking at doing another half a round using my current stack before I order and use my healing stack. I’m going to take John Lennon’s advice and give PEACE a chance. :stuck_out_tongue:

Someone actually used that one on the PEACE page. I laughed so hard at that one.

Seriously though. I’ll do a half round more of my current stack. PEACE will be the core of my custom healing title but I have a bit going on with that one besides PEACE.

Now I say I don’t really watch full baseball games on tv like I do hockey. And overall that is true. But playoffs are a different story.

Tonight’s game between Chicago White Sox and the Cleveland Guardians (still think it’s a stupid name change) was incredible. The White Sox only need to win one more game. They thought tonight would be the night.

It looked like it was possible, until the 6th inning. Never say die. Cleveland scored 6 runs. Just gritty playing. Not giving up. Never say die. Down, but hell no not out. Cleveland came back and won 9 to 5 forcing a game 5. The next game is do or die for both teams. Whoever wins moves on to play Tampa Bay and whoever wins that goes to the World Series.

In my upcoming healing custom I will have the module It Always Rises in it and that instills " bone-deep certainty that you always come back—that you can hit the floor, miss the streak, lose all your momentum, and the return is still coming, as inevitable as the sun after the longest night. Setback loses its power to convince you it’s permanent; you meet risk and failure without the old dread, because you already know how it ends."

Which is perfect for trading. No matter who you are and how good you and your system is, you always have drawdowns. Losing streaks, etc.

Anyway, this game tonight reminded me of It Always Rises. That had that attitude tonight. I’m not a fan of either team, but I enjoy a good game no matter what. And tonight’s game was awesome. I still think Tampa will take the ALCS and I’m hoping and leaning to the Dodgers to take the NLCS, but I don’t have a crystal ball.

BTW, the Dodgers have had the It Always Rises attitude. Down and out last year. Beat up and tired. Couple of lucky breaks and they won the World Series for the second year in a row. They have a good chance this year also. Of course I’m biased, but I also know my team. But the Brewers aren’t pushovers and frankly they are pissed about last year. That’s some powerful energy. But the Dodgers want a dynasty and that’s powerful energy. We’ll see. :baseball:

Yes! Another It Always Rises game today, this time with my Vegas Golden Knights (NHL). They were down 3 to nothing against the Maple Leafs but came back to win 4 to 3 in overtime.

My best friend wrote me today. It’s been a little while because he’s been recuperating at his sister’s house since his surgery. Everything is going well and he’s recovering quite well from the surgery.

He sounded in great spirits and we’ll be chatting next weekend, which I’m looking forward to.

Online shopping. Just part of our world in this day and age. I ordered something yesterday from a major corporation and they split the order in thirds for whatever reason. Okay fine.

Two of the orders were spot on. The last one went to who knows where, but it didn’t look anywhere near my neighborhood and the picture was a very obvious different door.

So I called to get the stuff I ordered. First, an AI agent that sounds unnaturally chipper, in a very fake annoying way. Then transferred to a person whose native language is not my own and it’s a little difficult to understand what they are saying. Fine, it’s been this way for quite a few years now.

Until I get an email today refusing to correct the problem. So I called again, very quickly bypassed the AI and got a real person. I explained the entire story, patiently, calmly. I didn’t attack anyone and I wasn’t taking no for an answer. Took about 5 minutes, refund for the part that was misdelivered. End of story. Easy peasy.

Normally, the last few years, I’d get upset and the whole process would have been much longer. Maybe resolved, maybe another phone call or two to get it resolved and it would make me stressed.

Today. Fixed. Easy. I didn’t stew about anything for an hour ahead of time. I clearly stated the problem, asked for a solution and the solution was given. So much easier.

I just realized that the post just prior to this has a date of '23. No clue where my head was on that one. LOL.

Patience. Actually a theme lately without even realizing it. Last night I ordered a new pair of headphones. I do this every year because I listen to a lot of music, normally.

So one year I purchase an open back, then the next year I purchase a closed back, and keep them for two years.

I don’t buy anything really expensive because I have a quasi-wannabe-hifi system right now. I’m using my PC with J River Media and an external sound card from Schiit Audio. So no need in getting top of the line Focal are anything in that neighborhood because it would be overkill for my current “music system”.

So I stick to Sennheiser entry level hi-fi. HD 569 for the closed backs and HD 599 for the open backs. This year was the HD 569 closed backs.

So where does patience come in with headphones? Break in. They sound alright out of the box sometimes, but never really that good. Sometimes they sound downright muddy. So I have audio programs specifically for headphone break in. It takes about 50 hours in total and I have “audio” that is pure silence every couple of hours to give the headphones a rest.

Some people think break in with speakers or headphones is BS. It isn’t. I’ve done my own AB tests and there is a significant improvement. But it takes patience and overall patience is something that I’ve grown to have this last year with the subs.

Another thing I always forget about with new headphones is how tight they are. I don’t have a huge head, but it is larger than average. Not just figuratively either. :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye: I used to ride motorcycles and always had to get much larger sizes than what was usually in stock, until I moved back down to Southern California.

I actually miss riding motorcycles, but those days are long over. I don’t trust drivers these days. Patience is one thing. Taking unneeded and inflated risks in life is a completely different thing. Not worth it anymore.

I woke up earlier than I normally would have. I only slept about 5 hours. My natural sleep cycle is 8 hours. Literally if I’m not sleep deprived and I sleep without an alarm it is spot on 8 hours within just a couple of minutes. Like clockwork.

I woke up because of a very odd dream. Not a nightmare, but an odd dream. I was driving around in a sports car (A Porsche Boxster or 718, and no I’m not listening to Summertime :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:) and out of nowhere it started flooding with this made up road I’ve never driven on. Oh and to be clear, I don’t own a car currently by choice, but I do love the Boxster and the 718 (new not the late 50’s version).

Anway, flooding blocked my way out. I magically made my way up to the top of the bridge, but still in my car. Dreams can be so odd that way. lt can’t figure something out so it just magically happens. LOL. Anyway, the flood waters kept coming up. Then I was magically in a coupe, but a completely different car. And then the Coast Guard came at the very last minute in a helicopter and I was saved. That’s when I woke up.

So I’m not sure if that’s about my being saved or I rise above everything. I’ll sit on that one and let it reveal itself, because it makes a difference.

I do remember another dream that was very odd also. lt was an older Asian and he came at me because I didn’t personally believe in his religion (I’m not religious, I’m spiritual but absolutely believe in a higher power). So anyway this older gentleman started to attack me, and quite efficiently. I broke his leg at his knee and l got primal with him (no I’ve not used any sub like that  ).

But then I felt bad for him and took him to the hospital. He apologized and we became best of friends. Not sure if that was about forgiveness? About what though?

Again, I’ll let these reveal themselves. I don’t know if those are the kinds of dreams I’m having lately or not. Most I don’t recall lately as I’ve already mentioned. The mind is interesting so is this about forgiving the DUI driver that killed my partner? Forgiving my father? Forgiving society? Heck, even forgiving myself?

Or something completely different? We’ll see. I’ll be patient with all this. It will reveal itself over time. My mind is working on something big though. I can tell. I’m actually excited because this feels like a big breakthrough is eminent.

It’s important to mention this and to state it here publicly so I can be held accountable, I’m still going to run my healing custom for 2+ years because there are a ton of things that need to heal and I need to make sure it’s taken care of this time.

I have a long history of imploding on myself when things go bad. It’s because of my childhood abuse. It’s not an excuse, but I’m not running away from it or hiding my head in the sand about it. When things get real bad I have a history of being suicidal. When I was a teenager I made a serious suicide attempt. lt wasn’t my time to go. I know it was divine intervention.

I tried to pick modules that would heal various things that needed to be healed and I did a ton of research. The stuff that needs to heal will always need to be healed until it’s healed. lt’s time and I have found something that finally works so I will work it. Not give it up because I feel better.

How will I know it’s healed? That’s where a therapist will come in, but within time. Not right now.

I caught a nice pocket of decent sunny weather today and took a walk to the park and around my neighborhood. It’s been rainy the last couple of days and quite overcast. Blah. :cloud_with_rain:

But the sun broke out and there was a nice big patch of mostly blue skies, so I took advantage of it. There were a few people out and it’s odd, people just seem friendlier lately. I’m sure it’s me. I do walk around with a perma smile most days so I’m sure that’s a part of it.

It’s genuinely difficult during the winters. To a large extent I’m back to graveyard, but obviously not 100%. But during the winter I have barely two hours to catch some daylight but towards the end, I’m lucky to catch an hour. I don’t live in a rough neighborhood by any stretch, but the city I live in has its problems and I might take a walk around the block but that’s about it during the winter.

Oh well. It’s nice to enjoy the last of the decent weather, if not outright beautiful. Todays walk turned out beautiful and I’m grateful for it.

Yesterday for fun, I started a new series (a page in The Emperor’s Lounge) that’ll be essentially Trading 101.

Here is the link to that page:
Alexander’s Guide To Becoming A RICH Trader

I get PMs occasionally asking for trading help, to learn how to trade, etc. So I figured I’ll put some of my basic (but most people think “advanced” trading knowledge) in one spot for people to learn some more advanced basics.

I’ve seen it in person quite a few times before where someone has been trading for months, a year, etc and so I go over some incredibly basic trading stuff and their eyes gloss over, not because they’re bored but I am instantly talking over their head.

Then I’ll ask them and they lmk they didn’t understand what I was saying, or it was much deeper than they were ready for, etc. I don’t know what most of the people teach these days, but it doesn’t seem like much.

So I figured I’ll do these free lessons on the side for people here. Plus it helps me to revisit some of the basic stuff I haven’t thought of in years. And frankly, when people in the future ask for trading knowledge I’ll just point them to my “Trading 101 Page”

There is a method to my madness. LOL.

Just sitting and doing nothing for a few minutes is happening daily and I like it. I’m going to implement a time of day where I just sit for say 5 minutes and literally do nothing. Unplug. No input. No output.

I’m not talking about Peter Gibbons from Office Space and sit and do nothing all day. :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye: I’m talking about taking 5 to 10 minutes and just sitting. Let my mind clear.

I caught myself doing it again today and it’s so peaceful. So it’s going to become a formal routine.

Well my Dodgers lost game 1. It was in Milwaukee and they lost 1 to 2. They came close in the last inning but not close enough. Truly a very good game and fun to watch because it was so close, but a loss is a loss.

Even if they happen to lose the next game, I doubt they will to be honest, this series is best of 7. I wouldn’t be shocked if this series goes the full 7. I do expect the games to be won by only 1 or two runs.

I will say this though, the Dodgers offense needs to wake up if they have any hopes of winning this series and winning the World Series.
