@sid I know of couples with gaps of 20-25 years and it works very well. One of these couples it is the wife who is the oldest, the student married his high school teacher ! This particular couple had big problems with the family of the groom. The parents and sisters/brothers did not attend the wedding. But the couple goes well, very strong in adversity ! The couples with the husbands who are older have no special social problems as it is well accepted generally in Asia
