Yes. It helps me to have a better awareness and subtle control for my muscles, what in turn helps with controlled, conscious relaxation. The heavy lifting are probably doing the other two though.

Been playing around myself with Tyrant for a few days now, it really unlocks the powers of your mind and gives you an advantage over others, not in a negative way it all depends on how you wield it, in a scenario where the environment is really negative you can reinforce your positivity better as your mind does not yield and you are better able to draw others in your reality instead of being pulled into theirs.
Especially good for inert or weak-minded people I think, it helps you to build a stronger mind.
Would love to discover more about this module over the next couple months as I instantly noticed it and find it super profound

I agree. One gets a better âgripâ on reality and with that a much higher degree of control. For me it is not primarily about other people but I suspect a lot depends on (semi-)conscious guidance, at what part of reality you are focussing.
I love NRICH.
It brings out my inner Knocker. Playfully whacking stuff and structures not to destroy, but to check how stable they are. NRICH removes trained thinking brakes and pushes forward. It might work well in a custom with Khan, Emperor (Black?) or Carpe Diem Ascended.

Very curious if skill modules get an upgrade to the NLE/NSE. As @SaintSovereign wrote, due to their nature and in contrast to the NWE and NRE every skill needs its own, specialized set of âtraining manifestionsâ which would be a lot for RM:UWX and at least 10 modules (Eagle Eye, Entranced, Eyes of Zenith, Panther, Polyglot, Power Talk, Reading Mastery, Song of Joy, Symphony of Glyphs, Voice Master). Not sure if this would be too much for one custom, though most of them could/should work synergistically, but some probably do not. Can conscious guidance push for a holistic NSE?
Maybe we will be getting a (soft) skill module limit?

Still contemplating âWhat is the Essence of Honey?â
The central goal of the writing it is meant to support and develop, is to seduce the audience (readers and listeners), to tempt, to lead them down the slope of immersion and make it as fun and as slippery as possible.
The foundation of the sub is of course RM:UWX and most of the modules are set. (see above) Itâs still the question how much/what kind of seduction modules would work best.
I mean âseductionâ quite literally.
A lot of the same principles apply here and the higher the degree of immersion, the more, well, seduction is needed.
Take Christian Grey. From a standpoint of literary character development, he isnât really a good one. CG is a cliche with an awful lot of blanks in his backstory, not really all that coherent or at best in a superficial way.
In other words: He is perfect for projection.
EL James ticks the usual boxes (fit, young, rich, successful) and throws in the typical tropes for hot male characters (the dangerous man, the mysterious man and of course the damaged, wounded man, meant to be rescued by an adventurous woman), the rest (by design or accident) is left open, ready to be filled in by the reader. CG with all the open questions is a WANTED man.
For me there are two important aspects here:
For one, instead of going full close-up on any naughty action, the main approach will always be to imply, hint, tease, let the longing build, give short glimpses, get closer, ever closer.
Release is for a moment. Tension grows into eternity.
The real action must happen in the minds of the audience. The writing should open locked doors, but never get in the way. It should give readers room to explore themselves and give them time to just breathe, heavily.
The second point is the mechanics of seduction. Attraction between people can never be fully captured on a page. Again, the space for projection is incredibly important and helpful. Set up properly readers will assume all the right cues to make the scene work in detail and will get always more into it and out of it.
To make a story and its metaphysics work as a whole, it needs intriguing characters, tense setups and believable action all with a strong sexual frame, everything painted with broad strokes. For this aspect seduction modules would make sense. I am still not sure which ones would work best.
Long-Range Seduction could work as it is not just long range but mediate seduction.
Right now two of the cores are

Normal schedule is eating at noon and 6PM, rowing/lifting at 8PM. Yesterday I started reducing the second meal. Rowing was absolutely fine. Today brunch will get a bit smaller.

My nails and hair are growing faster than before.
(Probably LotS in the health custom and KB.)
Nails roughly doubled the growing speed, hair (curls) is difficult to measure, but it is getting longer and fuller. I didnât change anything about my hair routine.

Nouveau RICH and Free Pass (and maybe Treasure Finder?) go quite well together. My enthusiastic dislike of soulless buerocracies - we have quite a few of those - slowly morphs into honest interest, in the search of strange opportunities noone else really uses.

Started to read The Lean Startup yesterday. Love it. Not much filler in it. Probably the aspect I love most: Structurally it gives the opportunity to use perfectionism as a constructive force.
A bit of recon yesterday, anger and frustration. Itâs feels necessary though. I ended two contracts with suppliers in the end. They were really good to me in the past and we had a very friendly business relationship but quality of goods deteriorated over the last couple of months. I do to much out of sympathy, something I have to change.
Annoying repetitive work is still annoying and repetitive, but the situation is getting better.
Taking a short, early washout over the weekend to clear my head.
