Oh my, I wouldn’t advise that. Pick one or two that suits your needs best. I would say Rebirth or LD is a must, at least initially, for one month or two.
I don’t rotate the 4 of them on the same day. Like today for example I just listened to emperor than limit destroyer Q after. That’s it for today
Tomorrow I’ll run emperor than maybe LD q again after or Rebirth or GM. Still no good ? or just stick to 2 to 1 for 2 months ?

My two cents here would be to be compassionate with yourself during this process. It happened. Don’t beat yourself up too much about it. Personal development is ongoing.
Accept what happened take ownership of it and make an effort to stay on the right track
Everyone loses their way sometimes it’s ok don’t beat yourself or anything like that
Just say to yourself I accept full responsibility for my actions and will do better and work at making better choices

Also motivation is kinda crap like it can be hit or miss the truly important thing is self discipline bc that will push you to do it whether you want to or not it’s an absolute must
So having the motivation to do things like work on your business or not jack off is great till the day or week or month you are in that downward slope not wanting to do anything and that’s where discipline comes in bc what ever you need to do will be like second nature
I’d recommend nofap, dont masturbate or watch porn. Try it for 30 days, Take multi-vitamins, eat good and healthy, meditate for 20 mins a day. I guarantee you won’t feel like this
One thing I did was go to bed early that has helped tremendously with everything. Temptation usually comes at night when your lonely. And go out and talk to a girl that makes you nervous
EmperorQ + Sanguine + Rebirth = No/little recon and maximum results. I’d say
Watch the sunrise and watch the sunset… I don’t know why but it makes me so grounded.
Be sure to go to parks alot, it helps you with perspective. Nature is infinite and we are apart of it
It’s a tough thing to curve for sure bro. Don’t beat yourself over it, I think its the guilt you feel about it thats doing most of the damage but you’ll get back to it even better.
I’d suggest meditating on perhaps the reasons you tap, and try that being the subject. When I meditate Im just very contemplative… its like I’m asking myself questions and probing deeper and deeper and trying to find some emotions that are repressed and feel them fully.
In a weird way I think emperor spiked my sex drive and being frustrated over it while also being pushed to make things happen on emperor might have pushed me over the edge. I’ll have to figure out what to do with emperor.
Seeing the latest comments from @Dantes, @summit @Floridianninja , I definitely understand motivation fades and it’s discipline and having a plan that leads to the best chance of having success at overcoming A bad habit, addiction etc
Being in nature and being compassionate towards oneself does work. Having healthy substitutes/ outlets are great to counter and replace a bad habit.

the probllem is deeper its based on mental addictions, what voids the addiction is making up for, emotional turmoil/limiting beliefs being channeled into self sabotaging instant gratification behavior, perception of sex and women, disconnection from nature/yourself/other ppl etc, disconnection from real meaning/connections in interactions etc
like they might have weak emotional or past traumas, poor perception of self and beliefs in theirselves that is making them go to porn and fapping, it was true for me
all this was true for me and when you journeying in the healing you will realize everythin its very deep
ill give another example if no1 believe me:
say you are super hungry and you have a juicy mcdonalds burger in front of you
and a healthy organic burger
instead of struggling and try so hard desperately to avoid the mcdonalds burger
all u have to do is step back and change the inner perception to one where you only settle for healthy organic burgers
you might think that, its not that easy b/c of physical urges, the mcdonalds burger is more higher cheaper dopamine and triggers dopamine in taste so u have to overcome that “natural” urge
yes and no because it depends how ur brain is hardwired and trained for, and also
ppl dont realize tht your perception of things matter way more than you think, ur not just physical animal
i know older family members from differentt country they dont like mcdonalds and this stuff just based off culture, it doesnt matter how much the ingredients stimulates the senses
they rather eat homecooked meal, it doesnt matter how hungry they are and u wave a juicy mcdonalds burger in their face, they would actualyl have to force themselves and make a face
hunger and desire for sex is the same, basic human needs but its super layered in moved by ur programming and derived meaning, combined with physical part wich is brain healing
porn vs realsex is the same way, but in this one its not based in culture (well u can say porn and distorted unhealthy approach to sex is somewat cultural), its a reset to the natural healthy perceptions of sex
you don’t actually have to “overcome” porn, you have to change the attitude/perceptions towards sex and what it means to you into something healthier and heal change the hardwirin of the brain and develop a deep healthy balanced loving respect for urself where dont allow urself to stoop to a level of mindless pleasure seeking with no responsibility,
its easy to fix just use right subs and i did it and also any1 sayin its not this easy or that porn is heroin and etc they dont get it what im saying and probaly didnt really healed from porn
also i am ex porn addict there was a time before for 2 years where i did nothing in life and my life was run by porn, probably worse than any1 here and I would wake up, do nothing all day and then during night i watch porn for 3hours+ binge every day repeat and subs helped me heal and i overcamed it!
