Advice on what sub to use for no motivation, and not seeing a point to life anymore?

@Grimm1390

How are you man?

Haha, I don’t remember where, but I remember you said you don’t regret jumping on Khan and you don’t plan on stopping it now .

Then I revamped it for marketing purpose into “khan is addictive” :+1:

Thanks for clarifying, and thanks for telling me how much you liked it because that influenced my decision to run it.

I feel much better since starting emperor, I’m starting to get back into building back up my good systems And actually doing the things that need to be done. I haven’t pmo for 4 days now ? I feel like emperor is stirring me in the right track

I’m happy for you man! I’m guessing if you maintain certain habits, doing what needs to be done to stay healthy will be easier.

I’m nervous yet also excited to see what emperor brings in terms of manifesting difficult situations for us to grow. I think that’s what always made me hesitant or stop emperor after a few days. I didn’t want to deal with difficult challenges. So far so good though. When I’m watching tv or browsing YouTube I have this feeling in me, I shouldn’t be doing this, I should be doing something to help push my life forward instead

Are you listening to anything else apart of the Emperor right now? If not, you could give RebirthU or Limit Destroyer a try.

I’m sprinkling them in. I ran rebirth Q twice after emperor, and did the same with godlike masculinity. I plan on doing limit destroyer also and commander. I’ll rotate the 4 of them

Oh my, I wouldn’t advise that. Pick one or two that suits your needs best. I would say Rebirth or LD is a must, at least initially, for one month or two.

I don’t rotate the 4 of them on the same day. Like today for example I just listened to emperor than limit destroyer Q after. That’s it for today
Tomorrow I’ll run emperor than maybe LD q again after or Rebirth or GM. Still no good ? or just stick to 2 to 1 for 2 months ?

Haven’t read the rest of the replies.

But Therapy man, number 1 priority.

You can always add other treatment modalities by yourself(if needed I can suggest a few)

I appreciate it man which ones would you suggest ?
I don’t have insurance at the moment btw so that could change some things

(Science based)
Any Cognitive Therapy might be usefull, any form of Psychotherapy to find what is really bothering you might be usefull(these two can work in tandemn btw).

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy
Mindfullness Based Cognitive Therapy
Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy
Dialectic Behaviour Therapy
Schema Therapy(probably not as usefull in your case)
Hypnosis
EMDR (but this is more for heavy trauma emotions)
Meditation

Alternative Therapy Forms
Different NLP modalities (Grey Room, Image Cycling/Spinning, TimeLine Therapy (there are a shitload)
Also Hypnosis and the many forms.
PSTEC (Free introduction course on this website, which is already usefull)
The Work - Byron Katie (Lot’s of free resources too, it’s close to CBT)
Sedona Method/ Release Technique (lot’s of free classes)
Morty Lefkoe Method
Energy Medicine - Donna Eden (For some people it really works, for me I am still a bit doubtfull about energy medicine)
Meditation
You can also take a look at JulianHimself YouTube channel where he explains letting go too
Power Vs Force / Letting Go - Richard dawkins (not really therapy but in line with Sedona/Release technique.

(top of my head)

“Feeling Good” by David Burns might be of interest to you. I think there is evidence it’s helped people, just by using the book and doing the activities.

Unfortunately I relapsed and binged today on pmo, I’m going to spend the next hour looking into @Liquidfire therapy recommendations again

Good call with looking into therapy. It can help a lot.

My two cents here would be to be compassionate with yourself during this process. It happened. Don’t beat yourself up too much about it. Personal development is ongoing.

Accept what happened take ownership of it and make an effort to stay on the right track
Everyone loses their way sometimes it’s ok don’t beat yourself or anything like that
Just say to yourself I accept full responsibility for my actions and will do better and work at making better choices
Most things in life are a choice
Also motivation is kinda crap like it can be hit or miss the truly important thing is self discipline bc that will push you to do it whether you want to or not it’s an absolute must
So having the motivation to do things like work on your business or not jack off is great till the day or week or month you are in that downward slope not wanting to do anything and that’s where discipline comes in bc what ever you need to do will be like second nature

I’d recommend nofap, dont masturbate or watch porn. Try it for 30 days, Take multi-vitamins, eat good and healthy, meditate for 20 mins a day. I guarantee you won’t feel like this

One thing I did was go to bed early that has helped tremendously with everything. Temptation usually comes at night when your lonely. And go out and talk to a girl that makes you nervous

EmperorQ + Sanguine + Rebirth = No/little recon and maximum results. I’d say

Watch the sunrise and watch the sunset… I don’t know why but it makes me so grounded.

Be sure to go to parks alot, it helps you with perspective. Nature is infinite and we are apart of it

It’s a tough thing to curve for sure bro. Don’t beat yourself over it, I think its the guilt you feel about it thats doing most of the damage but you’ll get back to it even better.

I’d suggest meditating on perhaps the reasons you tap, and try that being the subject. When I meditate Im just very contemplative… its like I’m asking myself questions and probing deeper and deeper and trying to find some emotions that are repressed and feel them fully.
