Those sound like exactly what you shared that you were looking for up in the first post of this thread.
There’s another point to consider.
Healing programs help you to transform and rebuild your structure and to dissolve and release limitations and dysfunctional fixations.
But, especially when they get intense, they sometimes require you to take the car off the ground for a while to perform more intensive and advanced tuning-up and repair.
Can’t drive the car when it’s raised up like that.
A really intensive healing program may require you to move more slowly on your ambitious building projects for some period of time. You’re not going to really see what the car can do until you lower it down and put it back on the road again.
So there’s the idea of alternating Healing Programs (e.g., Dragon Reborn) with Performance Programs (e.g., Emperor).
Lately, I’m floating the idea of doing periodic focused Healing Retreat periods. 1-2 months where I’m only doing healing and then I return back to my core Performance programs.
