This is my planned stack with QL/LE
mon/tue: 30s microloop of LE
wed/sat: 3-5 min of Mogul/QL
others: rest
And for the first loop of the cycle, it’ll be a 3 min loop of LE instead of a microloop, just to kick things off.
Reason being I can listen to this stage for a month each, 25 listening days w/ 5-6 days rest.
LE results
The last time I listened to LE was Nov 23rd, in the evening.
Results were SOLID from the 24th to 27th mid-day.
I didn’t listen to a microloop of LE yesterday, which gave me very good insights into how long LE lasts.
After 4 days without any exposure to LE, the effects were still there, but started to deteriorate.
Results really were still there. Day was a success till 3pm where I didn’t have any more work. I had some “bonus” work that I feel guilty I didn’t do, but, the actual work day was very positively influenced by LE even 4 days after initial exposure.
However, after 3pm, I ran into a very sticky, difficult to break habit of mine, of falling into tech after my work day once I have nothing/not much to do, especially if there’s nothing urgent to do… LE generally helps me do the important instead of urgent… it helps me do the important with the tenacity of doing something urgent, actually.
Since that habit is so difficult to break for me, maybe LE’s results didn’t even drop that much, it was just bad timing + not a fully fresh script playing in my head.
Just listened to LE for 30s today and we’ll see what changes!
