ACTIVE titles VS PASSIVE titles

Premise: I start by saying that I don’t know if this classification is possible or if there has been some post already made on the subject, but it came to me as an idea.

Comparing the various titles of Subliminal Club, I seemed to notice that some titles are more directed to take actions (rightly so) vs others that seem to need less actions. Someone correct me if I’m wrong on the next lines I will write.

So what I mean more simply is that some titles seem more ACTIVE to me (e.g. Social or Alpha titles?), while others seem more PASSIVE to me (e.g. healing titles?)

according to this classification, in ACTIVE titles it will be necessary to take more actions (being among people, socializing, moving towards the object or person of desire, etc…), while in PASSIVE titles it will be necessary to take less actions, and mostly the work done will be internal (healing from traumas, physical and energy wounds, elimination of fears, resolution of thought patterns, etc…).

Also I seem to notice that these titles work on “feedbacks” and that’s why the action is needed, to be able to give an answer to the sub and be able to reconcile the script.

In short, you listen to the sub → your mind starts processing giving you ideas and intuitions → you act on these ideas or intuition sensations → you get feedbacks → your subconscious stabilizes more and more on the script of the sub → results(?)

But let’s get back to the point and make sense of this post. The meaning of this post was to understand, on the basis of all the premise made in the previous paragraphs (provided that this classification makes sense), which are the titles that can be considered of the ACTIVE type (which require a large percentage of taking actions) and which are the subs that you would classify as PASSIVE (requiring you to take fewer actions, than ACTIVE ones, and which will give you more results internally ).

give me your feedbacks on this post, and tell me what you all think.

Edit:
the purpose of the thread is to figure out which titles to take the most actions with, and which ones to take the least and let them male the internal work.

Im running healing titles rn, and i feel like results slow down if i’m not doing anything. my last cycle i binged watch tv and didn’t do anything productive not even exercise for maybe 2 week. when i finished the binge and went back to my normal lifestyle a lot of things started shifting again. it felt faster. Idk if it was just me but i think action still matters to an extent in healing titles too.

the problem i have with healing is idk wat actions to take. its somewhat unclear. with wealth or seduction titles i can easily imagine wat actions to take rn. but with healing its like walking through a maze. I check this path. oh its a dead end. i’ll try this one then… oh i made progress, great! Now what? left or right? i’ll try left. cool! more progress! what’s next?

When i run these healing titles is like im still moving around lost in a maze but i just happen to pick the right turns more often.

has anyone used healing titles and was completely passive, no action, when running them? I wonder how effective it could be if i just don’t do anything

It would be me. I used healing titles to the point where the only residue of my traumas were those inner structures that are vital to who I am and how my psyche works. At that point any healing is superfluous if there’s no action taken towards things that naturally heal like socializing with people who accept you or even love you where in the past you got a lot of bullying. So there’s a plateau to every healing, I believe, and going beyond it requires unblocking those parts of our inner being (not through healing titles, per se) that will help us take the right action in order to get more healing “naturally”. Like running DD and going out to socialize, for example, as socializing helps lifting traumas which social anxiety stems from. I’m experiencing it myself right now, but I’m the only tester of this approach, I suppose.

The combination of both could be great like a healing title to heal our traumas and a title that would unlock us and help us work on our traumas actively like DD when it comes to dealing with traumas social anxiety stems from, for example.

Do you think a title like DR couldn’t solve social anxiety?

However yes, I understand your approach and thinking on “healing trauma and wound by immersing yourself in the context from which it originates and acting in it” to gove yourself the right feedbacks. But my curiosity is, could there be other ways to heling other than that?

then of course how to treat a trauma also depends on how the trauma originated. From there it will be possible to decide whether to take an active or passive path (?)

DR potentially heals all issues and traumas but how long it takes depends on how deep and grave they are and on action we take to help the process. In this case it would be about facing the anxiety by actually going out and socializing. DD or TS could help here a lot.

Yes, there are other ways yet the healing may be slower, not so thorough and the feedback limited. I think for social anxiety one could pair up a healing title with ME and practice visualization where one actively works on their social anxiety visualizing lack of it in social context. ME employed this way may be a powerful aid for the healing process. Another thing would be running RoS paired up with a healing title and daily meditation upon social anxiety and its root (the root trauma).

Taking action is the very core recommendation at SC so I would always go for it, although, being passive in some cases is just enough, like running SE where all you need to do is to go about your day.

“sanguine, the elixir” is a totally passive sub. I feel it working in the background

All subs are active. What differs are the types of action involved.

We, normal healthy egocentric human beings, tend to categorize phenomena based on their proximity to our experiencing ego. The closer something appears to be to ‘me’, the more I describe it as ‘mine’. The farther something is from ‘me’, the more I describe it as either ‘not mine’ or ‘non-existent’.

It’s kind of like an optical illusion that most of us live by. You can see it running through most of the posts on the discussion forum, for example. It’s just a convenient that human beings use to think about things.

It’s inaccurate, but it works.

The egocentric orientation is one reason that it took our ancestors a long time to realize that we are on a flying ball of rock that is circling around a much larger ball of fiery plasma. From the way everything looks, it was reasonable to conclude that we were on a large stationary rock, and that a small, bright, ball of fire was circling around us.

An understandable conclusion. And it worked pretty well for a long time.

The same principle is present with regard to action.

When we say that you’re ‘doing nothing’, actually you’re doing a whole freaking lot. Arguably, the most important actions that you take every single day fall into the category of ‘doing nothing’. These are the actions that allow you to even be alive in the first place.

Our bodies (and evolutionatry logic) are highly intelligent, and they wisely do not even give us much of a choice when it comes to these very crucial actions.

Anyway, the bottom line is, we have Owned Actions; and we also have Disowned or Unconscious/Subconscious Actions.

We can also talk about how thinking, imagining, focusing intention and attention, planning, etc., are all subtle varieties of action.

And so on.

When we talk about active vs. passive, we’re probably really talking about how we divide our minds into voluntary and involuntary domains.

Some animals fly by flapping their wings as hard as they can.

Other animals fly by spreading out their wings to catch the air currents and gliding on the winds.

Is the first one more ‘active’?

But what about the fact that in order to glide well, your attention must be in constant active contact with the shifts and changes of the wind?

I think another question we can add on this topic is this:

What are the processes that feed this particular subliminal?

Interesting question. what do you mean more precisely? And what could they be?

Think of things that could foster the results you want to get thanks to a given subliminal. Things that could help you achieve what you want to achieve thanks to that subliminal.

Exactly.

What feeds health?

What feeds wellbeing?

What feeds a sense of purpose?

What feeds wealth?

What feeds awareness?

What feeds mental flexibility?

Each of these qualities corresponds to various subs.

These are, as @Sub.Zero says, ‘the results you want to get’.

Think without the sub first.

Plan without it.

And then add it to your plan.

Sometimes your action will involve a straightforward effort. Like the animal who flies by flapping.

Other times your action will involve more of an opening, allowing, positioning of yourself, or harnessing of seemingly external forces or influences. Like the animal who flies by gliding.

What are your thoughts about running Sanguine the Elixir, Regeneration, or DR?

I am running DR ST4 right now

Thank you for clarifying. Regarding active and passive. I think it’s more of how active do you want to be rather than how active or passive the subliminals are.

Subliminals work on the subconscious section of the mind. Any action you take should amplify what changes are happening subconsciously.

BTW congratulations on getting to DR st4!
