A simple skills-based Subliminals perspective

Subliminal programs are Messaging and Stimulation Systems that help you to develop skills, abilities, and capacities. These skills can be related to how you think and perceive, how you feel and handle feelings, and how you behave.

Action refers to participating in situations that require the use of the skills that the subliminals are helping to develop.

So here’s a simplified approach:

  1. identify the skill (or skills) that you wish to develop
  2. select and play the subliminal program that will promote that skill (or skills)
  3. put yourself in situations where you will be practicing the skill (or skills) you have chosen

I think this perspective also makes clear why the first-I-heal-myself-completely-for-a-year-and-then-I-start-living-approach some seem to follow is misguided.

Can this be generalized to every single title?

I’m thinking about healing ones in particular

Can it be generalized to every single title?

Yes.

Is it the best perspective every time and in every situation for every title?

No.

But when you need to get grounded, simplified, and focused; and when you’re getting too busy with sky castles, at the expense of earthy foundations, this perspective can be a good reminder.

Healing can be conceptualized in terms of skills-learning and acquisition. Doesn’t have to be, but it can be.

The Cognitive Behavioral family of therapies is basically applying such a perspective.

Just to be clear though; I definitely do not always apply this particular perspective to my own journey.

Right now, though? It’s feeling pretty salient.

It’s beneficial to accumulate a variety of perspectives and paradigms. Like gears on a bicycle. Or tires on a car. They can be swapped out based on what works best in the current conditions.

I’m just putting it here in case it’s useful for anybody. If it is, use it. If not, catapult it. :muscle:t5:

I was thinking the same thing about the Revelation series.

I think it’s possible to apply this to those titles, but 1) it’s a stretch, and 2) this pragmatic view may get in the way of receiving the profound beauty and breadth/depth of those programs.

The Revelation titles are not IKEA furniture.

Yes indeed that’s why I asked

Simple and something I’ve thought about. I like this better than viewing titles as archetypes.

Oh I have an idea for a skill.
Shapeshifting.

I’m practicing shamanic skills. For example.
Communicating with plant spirits.
Communicating with entities.
Channeling.
Trance.
Creating music that touches the divine.
Seeing and traveling in the spiritual planes.
Safety in working in the spiritual realms.
Hands on healing others.
Self-healing
Grounding
Dance that connects you to the divine.
Connecting and communicating with the heart space.
Integrity
Traversing the realms of power. Not falling into power traps.
Forgiveness
Using imagination to create.
Dream yoga and recall
Healing animals
Long distance healing
Energy work.
Empowering oneself and others
Clearing and banishing demons
Finding lost items
Remote viewing
Astral travel
Any other skills a shaman would need that I haven’t said?
Any subs that would best fit for this role?

You’ve already included the one that I consider most important.

For those who walk paths of transformation, or of moving across boundaries and between worlds, Grounding is one of the most important practices to maintain.

Love Bomb For Humanity

Chosen: The Way of Nature

Sage Immortal

All of the “Revelation” programs.

In the Q-Store:

Dream Traveler
The Flow
The Wonder
The Single Point
Harmonic Singularity
Wayfinder
Ascension Chamber
Void of Creation
The Merger of Worlds

There are many more, but those come to my mind immediately.
