30s Microloop Discussion Thread

I honestly don’t know.

I know I can do 3 minute loops. I also can do 15 minute loops. The 30 second loops were terrible for me. I don’t remember if I tried 5 or 7 minute loops.

But as for me, I’m not going to do 30 second loops again any time soon.

What I can say is that I’m glad 30 second loops are working out for a number of people.

Thanks for elaborating. I’m still investigating if they’re ideal for me or not.

Bumping this again.

Who’s been consistent with 30s micro loops?

I started out in my previous cycle, then jumped to 3 minutes halfway through so I didn’t get a conclusive test for myself. New cycle coming up I’m going to give it a shot for 21 days to see how it goes.

Just curious to hear how everyone has been getting on with them.

@SaintSovereign You had mentioned as long as someone listens to at least 3-5 minutes of a sub they’ll get benefits from the microloop approach. I was wondering if it’s significant how recent it was? I’m thinking maybe a good approach is a 3 minute loop on the first day of the 21 day schedule and then microloops until the 5 day rest, then repeat. But I was just curious to know your thoughts seeing as how you started the experiment with them first.

This is a very thoughtful question. Please enter a support ticket, and post the reply

How often does one use these 30s loops? everyday? every other day?

I’ve been using every other day for 21 days then five day break. Same as the usual ZP recommended strategy.

I started out doing microloops daily. Now I run stuff if/when the idea to run it comes up.

Sometimes it’s daily. Longest was 4-5 days.
