Thinking into results has you naturally taking small and big actions daily. 
Edit: Some of those “bigger” actions are consciously guided through state akin to sleep. That is an art to master in and of itself. You find yourself taking small actions in the physical realms after doing the work in the metaphysical realms.
Every action was first thought of & then felt into existence.

@Fire and @SaintSovereign keep talking everyone here drop and avoid New Age stuff. This is absolutely rule of thumb that not many understand. IMO, New Age stuff is just a disguise religion in much smaller size in a hint sight. Why? Because roughly speaking, without Action, introspection and genuine change from within, people in New Age group are similar to religious believers who give up action and wait for other to do things for them.
I myself was in both religion and New Age groups long enough to finally understood and learnt it the hard way.
We, SubClub users are already above religions and New Age. We listen, take action and decide our life. That’s the Only Way.

I washed out for 7 days and started listening to subs again, and all of a sudden my head begins to spin if I listen to 7 minute loops.
Before, I’d listen to 7+ regularly, sometimes 5. Now I feel like 5 is a lot of processing, and 7 genuinely makes me sick. How the fuck did this happen? It was never like this since I started using shorter loops in February of last year.
A similar thing happened to me. Back in the time I had no problem with 15 minutes. Now I need to use 3 min and even two rest days otherwise I have very bad sleep or even got overload.

No. I was doing 7 minute loops with ZP2 max with no recon literally a month ago.
Like I said, last week I washed out for 7 days and when I started my loops again, 7 minute loops became nausea-inducing.

That’s why I dropped to five minute loops. The nausea was insane
I may actually go to three minute loops to see how that feels

Strange. Never happened to me. Normally I get sensitivities when I listen to a new sub since it’s so fresh
But for subs I’ve listened to for a while my recon gets less and less and feels more natural
