3/5/7 Minute Loops

I noticed that it has become a popular suggestion in these forums, that people only listen for 3 or 5 or 7 minutes, instead of the full 15 minutes. Why then are files still being sold at 15 minutes in length? Wouldn’t it be in the best interests of SubliminalClub to offer shorter files, if shorter is indeed better?

Shorter loops mean less stonewalling?

My suspicion is that ZP3 will be shorter loops, most likely 7 minutes.

And customs will be customized to where you can select a duration at build.

There are plenty of people who listen to full loops, including myself. Everyone’s different.

Better to have a 15 min loop that can cover everyone’s needs, over a 3 min loop which would probably frustrate someone who can handle more exposure time.

I also still run 15 minute loops. Sometimes I’ll cycle a shorter loop in if I am in a bit of a rush.

I personally have tested A LOT of different things using SubClub, running multiple titles, running different listening patterns, running different durations, etc.

Nothing has produced better results for me than just sticking with a stack for longer than 2 or 3 cycles… and following the SubClub official listening pattern.

sticking with a stack for longer than 2 or 3 cycles…

Forgive me, I’m not sure what you mean by this. I’m not a forum regular so I’m not up on all the lingo.

A stack is a combination of subs. You can have a maximum of 3zp titles in your stack at one given listening cycle.

Ex. Wanted, Emperor, HoM

A cycle is the duration of days we listen to a sub, following guidelines is 21 days.

I don’t do the 21 day thing. I do 1 loop per day with Sundays off, because at the end of it all, the ‘21 day cycle’ gives 5 rest days, while the way I do it gives 4 rest days, so the difference is small.

So in a 21 day cycle, you would listen to each title 7 times. Is that correct? I thought the advice around here was never to listen to more than 2 titles at a time.

I read advice that we should listen for 3 to 6 months. Therefore, I would hope that you listen for more than 2 or 3 cycles.

If it works for you then go for it.

No on a 21 day cycle if you have 3 subs, its 3.5 loops per, taking into account rest days in between.

I personally count 5 loops as a cycle in my tracking. But that’s just me.

Generally the longer the listening time (cycles), the more profound the results. Ideally you want to find your go to subs and have them run indefinitely until your goals are reached

So 3.5 loops and then 2 days off? How do you decide which of the 3 will be 0.5?

I don’t really overthink it to that degree. I run a stack of 3 subs for a month, say August in this case. The last week I take off. And whatever the loops are for each sub I record it in a tracker.

So I have a master chart of the total loops of each sub. I think of it like practice, or going to the gym. It all confounds over time. The amount of loops per month is less relevant to the overall longterm amount of exposure you got on a given sub

wash out days are 3-5 days for me, I go by feel with 3 measurables: Overload/stress, Fatigue, Recon levels.

Once all 3 of those variables are at a 3 out of 10 at least. I start again

It doesn’t work for me. I’ve been listening for 6 months and I’ve seen zero results.

Maybe I should take 5 rest days and then start with the 21 day pattern? Yes, that is what I will do. I will take Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri and Sat off. Then I’ll start a 21 day cycle.

I have a third sub that I can add to my stack, so maybe I will add it in.

I’d be skeptical you got absolutely “Zero” results.

You’d have to assess all the potential factors.

Some questions you should ask yourself:

  1. what are my goals I’d like to achieve? Is it measurable? Is it realistic? What is the timeframe?

  2. Have I noticed any type of recon, overlistening or fatigue from the subs? If yes, it is an indicator of processing.

  3. Do I journal daily and take measurable actions?

Please read the Listening Instructions.

If you want to try 3, 5, 7 minutes loops, you can do so. Why it works isn’t something which is fully understood but if you want to reduce reconciliation (depression, irritation, etc) it is advised to do so.

But if that doesn’t convince you, you can still do the full 15 minutes. I personally run the full loop.

What is your stack?

I got zero results listening to Ascended Mogul from February until May. Then I decided to buy R.I.C.H. and add that in. Then a day or two later I had the idea to ask ChatGPT to generate afformations for me to listen to (I get a TTS to read them to me). As soon as I started listening to those, I began seeing small consistent improvements with the ladies.

Then I got the bright idea to do something I should have done long ago on my own, which was to create afformations for creating more effective afformations/affirmations. So I had ChatGPT generate afformations to help me create more effective afformations and affirmations. I listen to these every day as well.

Since then I’ve switched to a new format for my personal affirmations (I had ChatGPT create these as well) which is giving me slow but even more consistent improvements with the ladies.

My money affirmations that I created in July were dumb, because I was wanting to manifest $10 million, and I was getting a lot of resistance from them, (I would have like tiny panic attacks worrying that they weren’t going to work) so in the past 7-8 days I made a change to them, and now I’m not getting as much resistance as before, but it is too early to know how well it is working. Now I am just focused on small increases in my income and wealth, not trying to obtain a specific amount like $10 million. (That being said, maybe I should have persisted and pushed through the resistance).

The daily resistance / reactions I had were good in a way though. They made it obvious that something was actually happening, whereas I can’t say that I have ever noticed results listening to SubClub, except when I have tried to listen to 2 or 3 loops in a day, which gave me physical discomfort.

I’ll have to give my new affirmations 1-3 more weeks to see if there are any changes with my financial situation. I haven’t noticed any benefits from listening to R.I.C.H… I’ve read that maybe House of Medici would be a better option than R.I.C.H. but I bought R.I.C.H. because it apparently stacks well with Ascended Mogul.

R.I.C.H. and Ascended Mogul. I also own Mind’s Eye, but don’t listen to it because I thought the limit was 2 at a time.

I’m willing to try 3,5,7 if it improves my chances of getting results.

I just read them again. 21 days and then 5 days off. I’ll give it a try. I’ll start my 21 days on Sunday, and no listens between now and then.
