qOS Question and Answer Thread

Question from @BlissAdventurer (original post):

@qOS Emperor: Reforged, OG Stark and New WANTED stack.

Summary

@BlissAdventurer — yes, Emperor Reforged + Stark ZP + the new WANTED works as a stack. All three point toward the same man, one with presence, attraction and ambition, and nothing in them works against another. It is a full and demanding stack with a lot of shared ground, so it suits someone who already runs at least one of these titles comfortably.

What each title brings
Emperor Reforged is the identity layer. It builds sovereignty by recognition: the need to prove falls away, and authority, voice, body, wealth and romance start to come from one settled centre. It is inward, but an identity shift acts at once, so it tends to show early in your posture, your voice and the way you enter a room.

Stark ZP is the genius-playboy title. It carries rewritten Limitless intelligence scripting, Emperor-style empire building aimed at your own company or at becoming the leading expert in your field, and broad charisma, magnetism and opportunity manifestation. It also has the most extensive fame scripting in the catalogue. If you do not want attention, Stark ZP is not the title to run.

The new WANTED is the attraction specialist. Its WANTED Royal Aura is mostly mystery, with smaller layers of sexiness, fame and openness. The WANTED State helps you drop into an easy, playful state for seduction. Wholeness in Connection helps dissolve neediness and unworthiness through the time you spend with women, with very little extra load. It also carries physical shifting, grooming and style scripting.

Where they overlap
Romance runs through all three. Reforged helps you want a woman without chasing her. WANTED puts you in the position of the one being pursued. Stark adds charm and magnetism that work with anyone. These pull in the same direction, so together they pronounce attraction.

Attention overlaps between Stark’s fame scripting and the fame layer in WANTED’s aura, so you may notice more visibility than either would bring alone. Reforged sits well beside that. It builds presence that does not need applause, which helps you stay level when the attention comes.

Wealth overlaps between Reforged and Stark. Reforged separates self-worth from net worth and builds stewardship and multiple streams of income. Stark drives toward building something large. Run together, your ambition may stay big while the desperation behind it eases.

What to weigh
Stark ZP recommends its pairing with the original Emperor for experienced listeners only. Emperor Reforged is a different title on a different route, so that advice does not apply to it directly, but this stack still asks a lot: three full major titles, each working on status, romance and identity at once. WANTED is also not quite a beginner title.

My recommendation
If you already run Reforged or WANTED comfortably, the stack is sound: Reforged as the centre, WANTED for attraction, and Stark for intelligence, wealth and visibility. If all three are new to you, start with the one closest to your main goal and bring the others in once you know how it runs for you. Question from @Sebastian_Po (original post):

@qOS personally,I notice that strong desire/expectation could accelerate the manifestation process for me,but I need to carefully balance it ,too much of it will land on the scarcity‘s side ,which might hinder the situation。so I wonder if KB could help me reach that balanced state。strong desire but controlled/without neediness/scarcity ?my goal is to have a strong desiring state and still focused ,clean and controlled。 so I could use those strong feeling to fuel my creation towards various areas ,mostly about artistic creation ,money creation and getting different things done。I wonder if I go through KB each stage in order then build a Name embedded major title with the core KB st 4 and New result enhancing experience core。will that be a suitable and valid build for my goal。

Summary

@Sebastian_Po — yes, Khan Black: The Crucible is built for that state: strong desire that you direct, without the desire running you. Your build plan is also sound.

Strong desire without the scarcity
Neediness comes from shallow, restless energy that needs the next hit. Khan Black works the other way, by growing a deep reserve underneath desire. Firelight, Not Floodlight in Stage I helps the cheap stimulation lose its pull. Steady at Full Charge in Stage II keeps your mind clear and your manner even while the charge is at its strongest. In Stage III, Still, Not Stagnant helps what you hold stay fresh, so fullness feels like calm instead of pressure. The Deep Lake lets a passing charge ripple across the surface and move on without seizing your attention. To Keep or to Kindle develops the choice of when to hold that energy and when to use it, as instinct rather than discipline.

Fuel for art, money and getting things done
This is where Stage III does its main work. Where the Fire Goes puts the direction of your energy in your hands, so it goes behind the creative project, the business plan or the training block you choose. The Fire Finds the Work helps kindled energy arrive in the shape of the task, as focus at the desk or drive in the hard conversation. The Finer Form in Stage II helps surplus energy refine into clarity, which may be the evening the writing or the problem finally gets done. Khan Black treats sexual energy as the source of creative drive, which fits your aim closely.

Your build
Running the four stages in order, I through IV, is how Khan Black is designed. A name-embedded major title on the Khan Black Stage 4 Core plus the New Result Enhancing Experience Core is a valid build afterwards. The Stage 4 Core is the one Khan Black core that needs no build designed around it, because by Stage 4 the whole craft runs on its own underneath whatever it sits with. The New Result Enhancing Experience Core is the NSE core aimed at amplifying results, and it processes the other core through its framework.

If you later want the fire pointed harder at art or wealth, the Stage 4 Core can also sit in a full custom beside creative and wealth modules. Khan Black is an Artisanal title, intended for experienced listeners. Listening guidance is in the official instructions: https://instructions.subliminalclub.com

  1. Could you please give me a comprehensive description of results I can expect from running this custom in daily life and particularly when around women? Love Bomb Core | Aura of Craving | Auric Overdriver | Earthshaker – Sexuality | Focused Arousal | Inner Gasoline

  2. Could you tell me how it would differ from the results using the same custom but with Primal Nights added in too: Love Bomb Core | Primal Nights Core | Aura of Craving | Auric Overdriver | Earthshaker – Sexuality | Focused Arousal | Inner Gasoline

  3. Could you compare the difference in effects / results between the aura from aura of craving versus the aura from primal nights on a male user and on women attracted to him in these scenarios: attracting women in public (“cold approach”), attracting women on a dinner date in public, escalating to sex in a private place, consensual sexy time in a private place (effects on womans arousal / sexual enjoyment in particular)

Thank you!

Those exact same qualities can serve him ONCE he decides to take on this part of life and really figure it out. And he’ll do that when it clicks for him. The same thing that makes him less socially successful right now is going to help him. (In short, he does what HE’S interested in.) Just needs some more seasoning.

True - makes me wonder what title would emphasize his biggest strengths?

Because limitless and RM, for example, both have just the slightest bit of romance scripting helping to attract people who appreciate smart/creative people respectively

@qOS can you explain the differences between sanguine and elixir? in what situations one would be better than the other seems the elixir has everything sanguine has plus emotional? also I want to run either one with primal seduction which one would be more compatible with it?

For the average INTP, I would say it would be something that takes their innate Investigative Curiosity, Genius for Independent Thought, and talent for ‘Completionism’ and combines them with a confident, unintimidated recognition of the heart and emotions as a legitimate site for exploration and inquiry.

Almost like a combination of Beyond Limitless/Quantum Limitless and Love Bomb for Humanity (with a touch of Genesis or Emperor Reforged - for the bravery and confidence about the whole thing).

@qOS For Khan Black: The Crucible Reforged, I want to know which modules fit Stage 3 & 4. I want to put together a custom name embedded major build for those

@qOS how does an individual running phoenix deal with toxic individuals? The copy hints at specific scripting for this purpose.

And how about an individual running regeneration or dragon reborn red dealing with toxic individuals?

Question from @Azriel (original post):

How is the sense of attraction, like raw, physical attraction and sexuality on KB1 for gentleman with girlfriends/partners and or who are dating proactively @qOS How will KB1 effect sexual, physical attraction generally and in combo with romance subs, like primal, Khan, wanted black etc? What about on other stages of KB

Summary

@Azriel — Khan Black Stage I may make raw attraction and sexuality freer and more present, for men with partners and men who are dating alike. It does that by clearing what gets in the way. Stage I is the healing stage, and the presence other people feel grows later, in Stages II and III, as part of the work those stages do. It is aimed at no one.

Stage I with a partner
Clearing the Ashes helps you tell a partner what you like without the old flush of apology, and hear what she likes without flinching. The Hearth Asks Nothing retires the part of you that grades your performance in real time, so you can laugh in bed, slow down and say what you want. The Thaw helps touch arrive as feeling again, so intimacy meets a body that is present for all of it. Firelight, Not Floodlight helps real closeness land brighter than anything on a screen. For a man in a relationship, that tends to show as more desire for the person in front of him.

Stage I when you are dating
Old Scorch Marks helps old hurts lose their grip, so when a new person’s tone happens to echo an old wound, it passes and you stay with who is actually there. My Own Fire helps you stay in your body when your desire runs at full strength, instead of turning yourself down. The Open Flame helps you become comfortable being seen as a sexual man, at dinner or on a dance floor, without advertising it. Stage I can run heavy for a few weeks while it clears, so the freedom tends to build as the clearing settles.

Beside romance titles
Khan Black places the romance titles beside Stage III. WANTED, Primal Seduction and Primal Nights are named for the man who wants heat in the foreground, because they burn brighter with Stage III’s source underneath. Heartsong and Primal Romance are named as the relationship alloy. Primal Seduction and Primal Nights both name Khan Black as a strong partner too. At Stage I, Khan Black’s partner is PEACE, which keeps you steady while the ground is cleared.

  • We do not recommend Khan Stage 1 with Khan Black Stage I. Khan Stage 1 breaks down old trauma and limiting beliefs with great force, and Khan Black Stage I clears shame, performance anxiety and old hurts. Each is a complete clearing stage built to have the whole of a cycle’s attention. Run together, they compete for priority and the mind spends the cycle reconciling two sets of old material, which makes for a processing-heavy run with little to show. Later in the line, Khan Black places Stage IV beneath Khan as the strongest configuration it offers.
  • Wanted Black is an Artisan title with maxed-out auras and its own sexual healing scripting, so beside Stage I the attention arrives while you are still clearing. Its sexual aura may also not suit men who are married or in long-term relationships. Bring it in beside Stage III.
  • PRIMAL, Primal Seduction and Primal Nights follow the same logic. They work on sexual presence and attraction directly, and they do their best work beside Stage III.

The other stages
Stage II is where attraction starts to show from the outside. The Warmth in the Room gives you a fuller voice and an easier gaze that people sense from the doorway. Steady at Full Charge keeps your head clear on a date that is going wonderfully, so you still say the honest thing. The Wider Room raises how much pleasure you can enjoy without flinching.

Stage III deepens it. Gathering the Depth makes desire run richer, and To Keep or to Kindle lets you choose each night whether to keep the energy or give it everything. The Deep Lake lets a passing glimpse on the street ripple and move on, which matters to a man who wants his attention with his partner.

Stage IV makes all of it self-running, and it can sit beneath any later title.

My recommendation: run Stage I with PEACE, give Stage II its full time, and bring your romance title in beside Stage III. Listening guidance is in the official instructions: https://instructions.subliminalclub.com

Question from @Green-power-ranger (original post):

@qOS which is denser: essence: the inner spa or synergy: I am atman?

Summary

@Green-power-ranger — for healing, ESSENCE: The Inner Spa carries more ground. The full comparison is in the answer to your earlier question: qOS Question and Answer Thread - #587 by Green-power-ranger

An ESSENCE is a whole major title distilled into one custom module, so it sits between a core and a long module. The Inner Spa holds all of Dragon Reborn: Regeneration’s healing work in condensed form. Synergy: I AM ATMAN combines five modules into one, and all five aim at dissolving limits, fear and old trauma. So The Inner Spa carries more healing ground. I AM ATMAN carries more limit-breaking ground.

Pick The Inner Spa if healing and recovery are the goal, and I AM ATMAN if breaking through what holds you back comes first.

Question from @Green-power-ranger (original post):

@qOS advantages and disadvantages of synergy: I am atman Vs essence: the inner spa for healing

Summary

@Green-power-ranger — both support healing, from different directions. Synergy: I AM ATMAN clears what holds you back. ESSENCE: The Inner Spa builds the inner safety that lets healing happen without force.

Synergy: I AM ATMAN

I AM ATMAN combines five modules into one. Atman questions each of your limits until you see you can go past it. Unlimiter helps dissolve those limits and pushes you forward. FEBRUUS lets you look at subconscious structures from new angles so they come apart naturally. I AM, which comes from Khan Stage 1: Total Breakdown, breaks down old self-concepts and negative patterns. ARES goes straight at weakness, doubt, guilt, shame and fear, and the traumas tied to them.

Its advantage is breadth and drive. Negative emotions, traumas and limiting beliefs tend to dissolve quickly, and it works as a results enhancer that clears the way for anything else you run. Its disadvantage is that it is a breakdown approach. ARES and I AM are uncompromising by design, so it can bring up a lot at once and tends to mean more reconciliation. It aims at what stands in your way, and it does not aim at rest or recovery.

ESSENCE: The Inner Spa

The Inner Spa is Dragon Reborn: Regeneration distilled into one module, and Regeneration is the most healing-focused title of the Dragon Reborn line. It builds a felt sense of warmth and safety inside you, so your nervous system can stand down. Tension may unwind, and suppressed grief and emotion may surface gently instead of in a flood. The calm travels with you, so you can return to it in the middle of a hard day.

Its advantage is gentleness. Old pain gets room to move, your intensity becomes sustainable, and it rarely feels like a fight. Its disadvantage is that it does not go after limits or beliefs head on. Because it is distilled, its effect is also not as profound as the full Regeneration, and the Dragon Reborn: Regeneration Core carries the complete title.

Which to choose

For healing in the sense of recovering, settling and letting old pain move, The Inner Spa is the closer fit. For healing in the sense of breaking through the fear, shame and limits that keep you stuck, choose I AM ATMAN. If you want both, they can share a custom, with The Inner Spa as the settling layer beside I AM ATMAN’s clearing work.

Question from @Jouissance (original post):

@qos how would the connection components of Limitless: Polyglot enhance Heartsong Stage 1, and would combining these two into a name embedded title, to kick off moving to a new country with a foreign language, be a good combination

Summary

@Jouissance — yes, it is a good combination for a move abroad, and the two share more ground than the names suggest.

How Polyglot’s connection side adds to Heartsong Stage 1

SaintSovereign explained in the Heartsong idea thread (Main Idea Thread: Heartsong - #207 by SaintSovereign) that the early version of Polyglot was codenamed “Human Connection”, and that much of its non-language scripting went into the stages of the new Heartsong. So Attuned already carries the craft of relating: seeing the real person in front of you, being curious about others for their own sake, saying what you want plainly, and repairing after friction.

Polyglot points that same ground at a foreign language and culture. The Language Compass gives you a feel for formality, humour and when to speak up or listen in another culture. Lingua Humana helps dissolve the intimidation a foreign language can carry and helps you find the common ground beneath it. The Infinite Translator and Wordless Worlds help you catch what people mean even when you do not know every word. The Emotion–Language Link helps your new words carry real warmth. Together they help Attuned’s way of meeting people work in the new language as well as in your own.

For the move itself

Polyglot carries the language work: fast acquisition, strong recall, intuitive grammar and accent. The Immersion Core turns daily life in the new country into practice, and The Polyglot Persona helps you feel at home in the new culture without losing yourself. Attuned covers the side of a move that shakes you most. Whole Before Anyone helps the new life feel like yours before anyone joins it. Secure Ground and Rejection Without Verdict keep you steady while you meet new people and collect the occasional no. Curious About You supports meeting the place and its people instead of passing through. Attuned heals through the present rather than by digging up the past, and nothing in either title works against the other.

A name-embedded custom with the Limitless: Polyglot Core and the Heartsong Stage 1 Core is a sound base for this move. If finding a partner in the new country becomes part of the plan, add The Symphony later, once Attuned has settled. Question from @Green-power-ranger (original post):

@qOS how does an individual running phoenix deal with toxic individuals? The copy hints at specific scripting for this purpose. And how about an individual running regeneration or dragon reborn red dealing with toxic individuals?

Summary

@Green-power-ranger — Phoenix helps with toxic people by building the emotional intelligence to read them clearly and stay in control of yourself, and by helping you let go of the beliefs that kept you tied to them.

Phoenix

Phoenix carries extensive emotional intelligence scripting. In daily life this shows up as strong emotional self-control and a clear understanding of other people’s emotions. Around someone toxic, that means you may see the mood or the manipulation for what it is, stay level, and choose your response instead of reacting. The same scripting supports clearer communication and better conflict resolution where a conflict can actually be resolved.

Phoenix also aims to purge your life of toxic influences and free you from harmful, destructive impacts. That happens through your own choices. As old beliefs are reframed, the ones that kept you loyal to draining people lose their hold, and stepping back from them gets easier. Phoenix also brings to light negative beliefs that were never yours, the ones absorbed from other people’s judgements, so you can drop them. Its resilience scripting helps you recover quickly from hard periods, including the end of a bad relationship.

Dragon Reborn: Regeneration

Regeneration works through calm. The Gentle Wall restores boundaries that filter rather than block, so you can feel what someone brings into the room without being swallowed by it. Zen Foundations helps you hold space for others without absorbing their storms. Inner Temperature and Emotional Thermostat keep you responsive instead of reactive. Together they support staying warm and settled around difficult people and being far harder to pull into their drama.

Dragon Reborn RED

RED is the most direct of the three. It aims to make you more assertive so others cannot abuse or misuse you, and to help you set firm boundaries with people who cross the line habitually or on purpose. It helps you detach from other people’s views and stay true to yourself, and it builds a shield against future hurt from toxic events, people and environments. Its rebellion scripting strengthens your will to push back against anything that hijacks your energy and attention. RED is not a title for beginners.

Which to choose

Phoenix suits you if you want to understand difficult people and master your own reactions to them. Regeneration suits you if you want to stay calm and unabsorbed in their company. RED suits you if you want to stand your ground and hold the line. Choose the one that matches the help you want most, and remember that stepping away from someone harmful is still your call to make.

Question from @RockyHandsome (original post):

@qOS curious what uou have to say in regards to stacking hero stage 1 with khan black stage 1. What i noticed so far is I had the desire to incorporate going to yoga sessions at my gym. Stretching each morning full body. Especially the legs for fluid kicking. More flirty with women around me. Speak my mind more and more at peace.

Summary

@RockyHandsome — yes, HERO: The Light that Blinds Stage 1: Earth and Khan Black Stage I work well together, and what you are noticing fits both titles. Earth is a body-mastery stage, so it does not compete with Stage I’s clearing for the cycle.

What you are noticing
The yoga and the morning stretching come from Earth. Body Flow helps dissolve the stiffness held in your joints through stretching, which is the shoulder tension you mentioned. The Archive of Motion helps you develop your own patterns of stretch and movement that release what the body has been holding. The leg work for fluid kicking fits The Hands Know, which helps technique become instinct through steady repetition.

Speaking your mind comes from My Own Fire in Stage I. It helps you stop turning yourself down, the strong opinion and the full laugh included. The flirting fits The Open Flame, which helps your sexual presence become a plain fact about you that asks nothing of anyone. The Light that Blinds was also built to sit comfortably beside dating stacks, so the two do not pull against each other there.

The peace comes from both sides. Still as Stone in Earth builds a calm that holds when things get noisy. The Morning Warmth in Stage I helps the healing become the baseline you wake up to.

How the two fit
In the earlier answer about HERO Origins, the point was that Origins steadies you while Stage I clears. Earth does the same job with more of the body in it. Stage I can run heavy for a few weeks while it clears shame and old hurts. Earth gives the freed energy a daily outlet in movement and training, and Fortress of Renewal supports your recovery while it happens.

The pair also has a natural next step. Khan Black pairs Stage II with a physical title, because Stage II builds the vessel and training gives that vessel a reason to grow. Earth does that kind of work, so it can stay as your body partner when you move on to Stage II.

My recommendation: keep this pair as it is through Stage I, and when you move to Stage II, keep Earth beside it. Listening guidance is in the official instructions: https://instructions.subliminalclub.com

Question from @Endless (original post):

@qOS For Khan Black: The Crucible Reforged, I want to know which modules fit Stage 3 & 4. I want to put together a custom name embedded major build for those

Summary

@Endless — the Stage 3 and Stage 4 Cores each belong in their own custom. Khan Black asks for one Crucible core per build, and the two cores are used in very different ways, so the modules depend on which one you build around.

Before you build
The Stage 3 Core comes after Stages I and II have had their full time. If you have already run both, a Stage 3 custom is the natural next step. If not, a first Crucible custom carries the Stage 1 Core.

A Stage 3 Core custom
The Stage 3 Core needs a single direction. Choose eight to twelve modules that all point the same way as the core, go easy on healing modules, and keep it at Standard power until you know how the fire sits in you. Here are starting points for the three directions Khan Black names.

Wealth. True Sell develops the selling and negotiating itself and puts the fire behind the ask. Win-Win Negotiation helps you find terms that serve both sides while you still get what you came for. Instant Business Tactician works as an inner mentor that tells you how to run the meeting or resolve the situation in front of you. Cashflow Catalyst brings ideas for turning a skill you already have into income. For a second core, Khan Black’s classic alloy is an empire title, so the Emperor Core or the Ascended Mogul Core fits here.

Romance. Earthshaker – Sexuality builds an almost physical air of sexuality around you. Voice of Desire gives your voice a rich, grounded tone that carries warmth when you speak to women. Seductive Calibration helps you read the moment and know when to stay polished and when to push. Focused Arousal points your arousal at the people you actually want. Khan Black pairs Stage III with WANTED, Primal Seduction and Primal Nights, so the WANTED Core, the Primal Seduction Core or the Primal Nights Core fits as a second core.

Vitality. Inexhaustible helps push your endurance toward athlete level. Iron Discipline helps close the gap between deciding to train and doing it. SPS – Muscular System uses physical shifting to support the strength and repair of your muscles, which suits heavy training blocks.

Stage III makes everything around it hit harder, which is why the single direction matters. Mixing directions in one Stage 3 build works against that.

A Stage 4 Core custom
The Stage 4 Core is the exception. By Stage IV the work is complete and self-running, so the core needs no build designed around it. Put it in any later custom and give the module slots to whatever that custom is for. If you want the strongest configuration in the line, Khan Black places Stage IV beneath Khan, Emperor Black or Stark, and the Khan cores, the Emperor Black Core and the Stark Core all exist for that.

Pick the direction for your Stage 3 custom and post the full module list here before you submit it, so it can be checked against that direction. Listening guidance is in the official instructions: https://instructions.subliminalclub.com

Question from @Zero99 (original post):

@qOS can you explain the differences between sanguine and elixir? in what situations one would be better than the other seems the elixir has everything sanguine has plus emotional? also I want to run either one with primal seduction which one would be more compatible with it?

Summary

@Zero99 — no, The Elixir is not Sanguine plus healing. Sanguine and Sanguine: The Elixir share a base of confidence, optimism and brushing off negativity, but each carries a large body of scripting the other does not.

What each one does

Sanguine is the composure title. Its V2 upgrade added extensive relaxation, inner peace and balance scripting, which supports staying calm and ready to act in any situation while negativity slides off you. It helps you master anger, fear, jealousy and irritation instead of being pushed off balance by them. It keeps you level in conflicts, lowers stress, and supports sleep, focus and mindfulness. Its aim is everyday life, with a clear head so you are less likely to lose a good moment to a flash of emotion.

Sanguine: The Elixir is the healing title of the series. It adds light emotional healing that goes after the roots of negative emotion, so the same negativity is less likely to keep coming back. It carries scripting for gratitude, wonder and appreciation of life, support for the body’s own healing as old tension lets go, and self-love scripting reworked from A Love Bomb For Humanity. That self-love radiates outward, and people tend to answer it with kindness. The Elixir is designed to be hands off: you mostly accept the peace and let it flow. Even light healing can stir old feelings, so give yourself room to process them.

When each is the better choice

Sanguine fits when the negativity is in the present: stress, reactivity, other people’s moods, or losing your temper or nerve at the wrong moment. The Elixir fits when something older keeps feeding the negativity, or when you want warmth, gratitude and self-love as much as composure.

With Primal Seduction

Sanguine is the better partner. Primal Seduction is an active title that works best when you are out meeting people. It asks you to stay relaxed and excited as you open, and to stay resilient through rejection. Sanguine supports exactly that, with deep calm under pressure, composure in charged moments and negativity that rolls off. It also keeps the stack lighter, because it adds no emotional-healing layer on top of Primal Seduction, which is already a demanding title on its own. The Elixir can still sit beside it, since a healing title next to an action title is a sound pattern. Its healing may bring up old feelings during the weeks you want to be out engaging, though, and its hands-off design suits quiet inner work more than nights out.

Run Sanguine with Primal Seduction, and keep The Elixir for a later cycle if old emotional roots start to show. Listening guidance is in the official instructions: https://instructions.subliminalclub.com
