I completely agree with having Jobseeker become its own title as well. I’d love to see Jobseeker become its own product.
If making Mogul into a multistage product, there could be one stage dedicated to general career enhancement/development (e.g., figuring out what kind of career is best for you, networking, polishing resume, mastering interviews, entrepreneurship if desired - basically more open ended), while Jobseeker being its own title heavily focused on manifesting the best possible jobs, salary, benefits, working conditions (e.g., remote work vs. hybrid work) for the user.

This title isn’t just for finding a job — it’s also focused heavily on career advancement. Getting promotions, being recognized, standing out. While Mogul has similar scripting, it shares that space with alpha and entrepreneurship.
This title, which is codenamed Jobseeker (won’t be the final name) is exclusively focused on the career. One can supercharge it with titles like RICH.
It will most likely be two stages. One for finding, attracting and manifesting a job or other career opportunities, the other will be for excelling within the career.
This differentiates it from Mogul, which contains a blend of everything, making it very suitable for those who have a nice career, but they want to explore entrepreneurship. The new title is for those who want to excel within the career, for whatever reason. And of course, find an amazing vocation that fits their needs and strengths.

For now among main titles, Genesis Mogul is the best title for users to finding new careers or better job opportunities right?

@SaintSovereign as someone who’s one of the biggest action takers and success stories in terms of career in SC, please have it as a one title instead of a two stager if possible (i’m sure it will be great whichever way you decide to go). The logic behind is when people are in a successful career there’s always new opportunities that may come up beyond what they already excelling aka attracting and manifesting a job/career opportunities is part of the main life of someone in a corporate career (@mvargo feel free to add to this) so I think making it a single title would be best.
Example: I manifest a new job/career and in that job I excel in it, get promoted, etc and after 1 year I’m already good at it and there’s not much more room for growth then having something that continuously manifest job opportunities would be amazing since I never need to keep switching my stack for this one part of my life.
The other side is sometimes people like me are at events/conferences where we may very likely get a job/career opportunity that could pay way more and is better than our current work and this could be completely random while we’re going there for work travel so it’s another reason to have it as a one title instead of a two stager since we could manifest a job/career opportunity there through natural means/experiences while having the excel at the career part give us the necessary experience and skills to secure that manifestation and get the job/career.
I was literally just at a conference where this exact scenario is kind of playing out where I came in with already pretty great work but I talked with people (including hiring managers, VP’s, etc), connected and potential job opportunities may show up that pay way more as well as having next steps for those (which I shared to via PM).
Just my two cents as someone who’s been in corporate for over 5+ years went from -2000 to 200k per year and is one of the youngest in my career to get the type of work I do now and has been through all the experiences that come with a corporate career (events, onsite, client meetings, conferences, navigating the corporate ladder, etc.) I’ve seen the ins and outs/what works and doesn’t.

I would rather have stage that has surgical focus on manifesting best job possibly available…
There are many other titles covering career advancement anyway.
And once you already have a good job half of the title goes redundant for a while with the suggested combined stage.

I think you may have missed the point I was making.
If that’s the focus you want then it’s better to just a have a module for it because excelling at a job and manifesting a job/career go hand and hand and anyone who’s been successful in the corporate space and has been there for very long will agree.
I read your point, it’s just point of perspective that differs … I see a distinction with job manifestation & career advancement while you see unity between the 2 (which is understandable).
It is just that i do not enjoy the “dance” of career advancement & business world in general. I would rather have a peaceful job (and best one possible) so having that as a dedicated stage is very nice for that end.

I - maybe not surprisingly - agree with the reasoning here. When you are excelling in your current role, it doesn’t take long before you start thinking about a promotion or a new role elsewhere. I have no strong opinion about whether this new sub should be a one or a two-stager, but if it is a two-stager as described, I hope that there will be modules that allow you to manifest new and better opportunities when you use the excelling stage.
A few other thoughts:
*I hope it will be very stackable with the cognitive titles and executive (or maybe contain elements from the 2).
- I hope it will also be stackable with some of the alpha tittles with broader wealth scripting (such as OG Emperor)
*I hope it could include some of the aura from Godlike Masculinity: The Commander
- I hope that this is not a dedicated “beginner tittle”. Many see people who want to excel in a career as a) either lacking curare to start a business b) setteling for less than they could or c) using a career as a stepping stone to starting a business. I think this is very wrong and that you can be extremly ambitious, become very wealthy and fulfilled by finding the right career. So hopefully the tittle is also designed for ultra ambitious people.

Agreed that’s why I think the manifesting part should be more of a Essence module. Kind of like Wanted has multiple essence modules based on the full title. People who want the whole thing can run the full title whereas the ones who just want the manifestation of new jobs can use the essence module. Both have the manifestation of new jobs, one is just a module whereas the other has it in the title which will make it more dense.
Agreed with that as well not sure how it would work but I don’t think should be like a foundation title/having foundation scripting (like changing beliefs, etc). Honestly what I shared about Specter ZP in the past scopes out what I mean perfectly.
I can imagine it stacking really well with RICH, OG Stark or ASBR

A single-stager would be much better for overall career progression. Nobody would deny that a better job offers an overall lifestyle upgrade in every aspect, including pay, working hours, and other factors, even if they are expecting a promotion at their current job. It is not a betrayal of your current employer; this is simply how capital markets work. A free-market economy naturally reallocates talent.
Suppose an aeronautical engineer takes up a job as a plumber because they cannot find an opportunity in their own field. They then move into finance when an opportunity arises, and finally land a job as an aeronautical engineer—all within three months. Throughout these transitions, they still need to perform well in each role to keep their job. That is a crazy career transition, but it is also a much-needed one.
Having a new job opportunity lined up while still working in your current role also boosts a person’s confidence by reminding them that they have backup options. Nobody wants to underperform in their current job simply because they are looking for a new one.
I understand that there are different aspects to focus on, but both are equally important and complementary. They allow people to perform well in both areas while ensuring a smooth transition.
This is not to deny that two-stagers don’t have their place for some people pursuing these career subliminals. Some might need to stabilize in their new job first. However, it certainly wouldn’t hurt to receive a few extra pings from recruiters while continuing to perform well in your current role.

Might not be the “New Mogul” but a seperate title, which makes sense.
Also why not fan of the 2 stage system? you can get much more focused titles and faster results in that areas/goals…
You got a point if you are a person that run a title in a stack for a year or something, But not many people manage to that as far as i see (breaking stack with every new release/update).
If every title gets big as khan or emperor you all would probably overload yourselves with listening to 4 major title + 1 microloop and dive into the recon city…
