A single-stager would be much better for overall career progression. Nobody would deny that a better job offers an overall lifestyle upgrade in every aspect, including pay, working hours, and other factors, even if they are expecting a promotion at their current job. It is not a betrayal of your current employer; this is simply how capital markets work. A free-market economy naturally reallocates talent.

Suppose an aeronautical engineer takes up a job as a plumber because they cannot find an opportunity in their own field. They then move into finance when an opportunity arises, and finally land a job as an aeronautical engineer—all within three months. Throughout these transitions, they still need to perform well in each role to keep their job. That is a crazy career transition, but it is also a much-needed one.

Having a new job opportunity lined up while still working in your current role also boosts a person’s confidence by reminding them that they have backup options. Nobody wants to underperform in their current job simply because they are looking for a new one.

I understand that there are different aspects to focus on, but both are equally important and complementary. They allow people to perform well in both areas while ensuring a smooth transition.

This is not to deny that two-stagers don’t have their place for some people pursuing these career subliminals. Some might need to stabilize in their new job first. However, it certainly wouldn’t hurt to receive a few extra pings from recruiters while continuing to perform well in your current role.

Might not be the “New Mogul” but a seperate title, which makes sense.

Also why not fan of the 2 stage system? you can get much more focused titles and faster results in that areas/goals…

You got a point if you are a person that run a title in a stack for a year or something, But not many people manage to that as far as i see (breaking stack with every new release/update).

If every title gets big as khan or emperor you all would probably overload yourselves with listening to 4 major title + 1 microloop and dive into the recon city…

Do we need a new thread for job seeker new title?

@RVconsultant can you create 1?

I didn’t see the jobseeker discussion.
I’ve used G:M in a custom it worked very well that’s my I’m not a fan

I will determine whether it is a two stager or not based upon the necessity of the subject matter that the title addresses. With C&C, I left it up to the customers to vote whether it should be single stage or not, and the customers — against my objections — voted single stage. So, we did it and look how that turned out at first. Now we have to take on the massive project of converting it into a four stager.

And do you all know that some of the customers went and flipped their vote to multi-stage AFTER I pointed out that I did warn everyone that a single stage would be too intense?

I was tracking that poll closely, I know what it was before I made the announcement (long after C&C came out). And people went back and flipped their votes to appear on “the right side of history.”

Because of this, if a product needs to be a two stager, it will be a two stager. In this case — and remember, the current discussion has pivoted to a new title under the Mogul line — the setup would be as follows: Stage 1 is the job and opportunity manifestation title. Stage 2 is the career advancement stage.

In this, we avoid the situation that occurs with OG Genesis, which needs to be run in cycles because the “find your purpose” scripting led to people questioning opportunities even when they were happy, since the scripting invites you to question things.

If it were a single stage title, we’d run into the exact same problem again. And thus, it will most likely be two stages.

I guess part of what I’m wondering now is can something like this be done for people like me who want both?

Mind’s Eye QTKS custom + Stark/Genesis Mogul: Jobseeker ST2 (i’m assuming stage 2 would have ton of manifestations in relation to promotions, salary increases, best compensation plans, etc when in the job)/RICH and then stack it with Genesis Mogul: Jobseeker ST1 for whenever we decide to look for new job opportunities/careers. What do you think?

And then drop ST1 when we start the new job basically. If yes, I think that solves the whole conversation before.

Yes, exactly. Stage 1 would be used solo or in a custom if you have the funds. Then, once you have the job, pivot to Stage 2.

If we don’t do this, the title becomes effectively worthless until you need a new job. That’s not something I’m willing to do for any title, I’m going to maximize the worth to customers even if it means splitting the title into two.

I don’t think anyone could understand how strong is a title you’ve made when you made it.
As we don’t have the scripts in front of us.

That’s said, the stabilizer might be good usage before C&C.
Also it might be a specific light you are shining on a different problem - some were used and expected HOM feel and family relations but CC is much more dominant as a title.
Not necessarily a bad thing.
Therefore still don’t think crown and capital should be a two stage. I personally think if you choose you can make it so and also that some people can use the stabilizer first and understand it’s very different from the last version.

Mmm

Sorry I didn’t really follow the discussion here all I know is I used this title before and I like it.

If it does to do more things like helping you find a job or who knows what else it might again I am sorry I didn’t really follow the discussion I really thought that we’re talking about G:M as it is just upgraded.

We do know. That was the problem. We have so much data, design docs, research. It should’ve been a multi-stager from the start, hence why I gave the warning in the first place.

I do not blame the customers for C&C — I blame myself for ignoring my intuition, posing the question and allowing the pressure to affect my judgment. I understand why everyone prefers a single stage.

I’ve stated this publicly many times now. That is why, when it comes to whether the title will be a multi-stager or not, I will personally make that call.

I’d rather deal with people being frustrated about that than struggling with a title, or a title losing value when the target goal is achieved.

Ah okok then it’s perfect even as a two stager! @SaintSovereign sent you some valuable info, feedback and data about this by PM from my own career experiences. Hopefully it helps 🫡

Yes I see @SaintSovereign .
Thank you for your very detailed response—that’s not something to be taken for granted!

Yes I see, ok it’s your call guys!

Thanks again for explaining because I wasn’t informed about the whole thing.

Just my 2 cents:

I don’t think C&C went wrong anywhere. If you look at recent reviews, it’s working really well for people who have a proper base and the patience to run the micro-loops. Of course, it’s not mass-appealing, as it requires a solid foundation from other wealth titles and patience to see results. The audience that has both qualities is limited.

It’s an endgame sub that targets legacy and the creation of a perpetual wealth structure. Also, that title has privacy, which might result in people not sharing their positive results and only the negative ones, particularly those from people who lack the patience or wealth foundation required.
