Just ran my first loop. Within the very first few seconds i felt tingling sensations all over my body which reminded me of KB st1 but those felt different… as if multiple tiny strings are unknotting… within minutes i felt the spa effect which i explored… for me it felt like a modern spa with ancient aesthetics in a large cave

The relaxing effect is really something. I feel like i’m home at my grandpas house in Iraq… the only place i’ve ever truly felt safe at with a family i rarely get to see living living continents away and all

When i meditated. I felt deeper and deeper into deep mental stillness. Just chilling in that cave. Without a thought of the world. Just present… Like i owe it to myself

After washout in few days. Im running this with KB + Hero Earth…

Last year I had a very bad experience, terrible. Ever since ive put on weight and my body has become dramatically stiff, over 18 months in so much pain it has become my norm. I purchased as soon as it dropped while at the 9 to 5. I played a full loop on ultrasonic and fell asleep at work, I was sleepy. Once I got home after work I ate an apple (it has been years). My daughter looks at me and said “Dad what happened to your shoulders?” Im like idk but they dont hurt as much, she says she can see my neck for the first time in a while and I realized I was dramatically less stiff. I’ve been clenching my body for so long I didn’t realize I was still doing it. My body is amazingly more relaxed which is a huge indication of what I’m feeling inside. 1 loop and all of this, DR Gold will be amazing with this… Thanks @SaintSovereign. Only better from here. Am I releasing, am i feeling safe, do I fear less, whatever it is I am all in. It’s OK to be happy, focusing on me feels more like just allow it to happen type of feel. It’s so much more to process but I haven’t had a GREAT night’s sleep in a while and I’m looking forward to see how that unfolds.

First I felt like I’m not real and that nothing is real, after that I came to realize that even if nothing is real it’s ok, we still exist

Now when I finished my loop everything just feels more real, I feel more real, I feel more like a human being with a body and with the knowing that I’m alive.

It’s like I first felt not real and now I feel more real than ever.

I also felt sadness and it was intense but at the same time it did not effect me at all, I felt it intensely but I didn’t get immersed in it.

Weird thing is that I thought about my ex, but instead of being hurt about how she wronged me, I felt sorry for how I wronged her, I even wrote an apology messege which I may or may not send with no intention to come back together, just want to express my feelings, I know i hurt her as well so I want to apologize.

And now I just feel very very very calm, everything has slowed down, nothing is rushed, I feel safe.

That’s from full loops of GLM + DR: Regeneration.

I will have more experiences tomorrow and in the days that will follow.

Btw, when I first started writing the post I was about to write to your question “can you elaborate” the answer “sorry I cannot” but than suddenly I just knew how to express myself.

I cant say I felt the spa experience but after a spa, one’s body does feel dramatically relaxed. The title just targeted on its own and showed out. Like the idea of where I may be at the end of this cycle…

Had the same thing.

Only thing I can compare it to is that same feeling if you’ve ever had a lucid dream and things got more clear. Which is a weird feeling.

I have a theory. This can help with feeling emotions from healing titles. So I am using Regeneration with Dragon Rebord Gold Stage 1 and so far it feels good with some emotional suprresion on my side but quite relaxed. I think my theory works.

Wow ! Several weeks ago I wrote that GML helped me a lot to lower my level of grief. This morning I did 10 minutes Regeneration and after maybe 2h I realized I dont have the physical symptoms of grief anymore and the psychological symptoms are still there but very manageable, no real emotions. A combination of GLM and Regeneration will be perfect !

Yes as a result of the incredible state of balance and relaxation that no doubt will be felt by and impact people around you.

I just woke up from the best sleep ever and I’m feeling so good, my body feels deliciously relaxed and nourished.

And I never have issues with sleep but this was still a better night than usual!!!
