This hero program is really something else.
Been on st1-2-3 this week and I must say it’s wierd how I’m all mixed with some sense of stillness.
Very hard to describe, hopefully my subconscious is learning some good toolkit to apply these learnings!

St2 is different, it’s a bit different than typical healing I the sense that it’s more “getting you in the present” and moving forward rather than hard facing it.
Very hard to describe, I think st3 is easier to describe but even then, the whole Hero experience is something.
I don’t think I’ve felt something similar from any other titles over the past few years. Probably everyone should run a bit of Hero to master part of themselves.
Edit: Stage 1 made me so much more aware of some pro inflammatory food I was eating. I felt tiered for the past month, turns out I became radically aware this week that one of the protein shake I was drinking was giving me brain fog, tiredness and joint pain. Stopped it, and I’m now much more clear minded.
I’ve also noticed some meat I eat from time to time such as smoked meat, bacon and some roast beef (if I cook it at lower temp, it’s fine) gives me brain fog and tiredness.
So wierd, I don’t know anyone who have strong reaction like I do. I’m better off with no food like this.

Last week I listened to two loops of Earth (3&7minutes)
On Thursday I had severe back pain from the shoulder upwards.
Once it was gone I noticed that I’m standing more straight, not slouching as much anymore as I used to do.
Might this be a results of these two loops or Earth?

I struggle a bit with how to use this, in an objective selection of subs, not just “I want to run the new hero”.
Lets say my objective for the next 6 months: is to have a sharp mind and have the ability to focus on work, so I can take of the ground a business idea.
Before the new Hero I would say
- Stark Black / Beyond Limitless / Executive
Now, with the new Hero, is the recomendation to try for example Stage 3 + Stage 4?
Are the cognition / drive stages desiged as (potentially) replacement for dedicated programs (limitless, executive), or as a support / enhancement to those programs?

What powerful results I’m getting from Hero.
Usually I get a bit irritable and un grounded in my mind when trading doesn’t go my way… But now, it’s been two weeks and I’ve been pretty calm.
Something is happening in the background of my mind. I’m evolving, and I can feel my mindset evolving to those of a great minds.

You’re running earth stage?
Running st1-2-3, earth makes me more connected to my body, and what it needs to function proprely.
Doing only 1 cycle of it to get some basic foundation while I work on st2-3, adding st4 next cycle.

Day 25
Felt really mentally and physicallt exhausted after running 6 mins of hero earth.
So I ran 6 mins of hero origins it helped to boost my energy a bit to get me out of bed.

Which stage boosts energy ? its either 2 3 or 4 ?
Myself and @lovage we did a brain storming sessions. As we delved deeper down the rabbit hole we discovered that stage 3 is hinted as the stage with the detachment stuff.

Yes this is it. Hero is wierd, but enchance life through enchancing diverse aspects of your being.
Thoughts → Makes you calmer, more focused → reduce cortisol, enchance dopamine system, increase the big T via dopaminergic pathway… All that followed by enchanced blood flow and boom you got yourself sex enchancement from the mind!
Thats without considering the bonus from being in the moment.

I just began water after a cycle of Earth and honestly I want to run Earth again… even with Water, not only can I see what’s going on and how it’s affecting me it’s almost as if you’re given the intuitive nudges to make changes right in the moment. Erections are there, no question, Dreams frfr but that was all Earth (I LOVED IT ALL). I wouldn’t do a custom with these cause I wouldn’t want to lose ANYTHING but perhaps a name embedded. @SaintSovereign did this, ion know if this was the foundational sub he mentioned but these work, they appear, these like go right there and show up, feels natural, damn, feels like im being taken back to my original blueprint before not knowing how to process what the world was throwing at me.

I’ve asked this before and still unclear @SaintSovereign are we at a loss for the full scripting or what matters not just by most, but in the full title, by using a core in custom vs. a store title?
