why not 2 and 3 with AOW and then switch?
Because I feel st2-3 are going in the same direction as AoW, but deeper, and the “action” or “risk” taking part of it is not pushed as much.
I’ve also ran AoW for 3 cycle as of now, I was thinking of cycling it for the time being (not because it’s not good, but because St2-st3 seems to also work on my goals, from a different approach).
Accidently ran a full loop.of hero earth today as i fell asleep whilst listening. However this time round i had no symptoms of tiredness. My voice was much deeper. Possibly enhanced by the stark primal combo custom. As soon as I spoke at cafe ordering my coffee and cake the women began tuning in and listening all turning heads as i spoke and smiling.
I think my ability to focus is enhanced.
So perhaps… what you thought was recon was in fact craving…a craving for a fuller dose of Hero Earth.

Last night my father came to me in my dream. He passed away a few months ago.
He looked at me smiled and said “Son your looking much better bigger and stronger and your breathing has improved”.
I was so happy to see him.
I tried Earth yesterday morning for 3 minutes.
Later I went to the open air bath.
The last time I went there regularly I was able to only swim two lines before being exhausted at the first visit. Yesterday I swam 3 lines and wasn’t exhausted.
Dream wise I had a very interesting dream. But the moment I woke up, it was gone, and I knew immediately I lost a treasure.
All in all a promising experiment so far.
I’m hoping one day for a Swimming Mastery subliminal.

As with every craft or sport you need a teacher or good materials and then start doing it.
The basic techniques are rather simple, the you have advanced techniques like total immersion swimming (promoted in the 4 hour body).
I think Hero OG and Earth would be enough to master this.
Or perhaps in combination with modules like subconscious mastery to improve the smallest details of movement or inexhaustible for more stamina.
Or what would you expect from a Swimming Mastery X title that isn’t covered yet?

I lost my morning wood last year and have been trying to get it back, I haven’t had this much movement in over a year, Earth is something different, I may run it a second time alongside Water when this cycle is completed. The description does not do this audio justice. The description is amazing, however I had no idea, it affects THE TOTAL SELF… I am ecstatic about Water but Earth right now, thats my guy. I wanna run it alongside any sub that catches my interest and yet there’s 3 more stages to look forward to!

One thing that fixed my bones was adding beets to my diet. Love em and are full of nitrates so it’s a great base for your body to create No.
Vitamin C (fruits, veggies, there are even vit c in beets) , Beets and Garlic (for some reason I remember garlic boost the creation of No… You can even add a bit of citrulline (present in watermelon, or supplements) and your energy will be better!
