Yeah, it’s going to take a bit before you start noticing things, having run HeO for so long and already maximizing your strength and stuff. Try paying more attention to the subtle things, like your breathing or smoothness of movement.
There is physical shifting as well, so keep a look out for that.

@SaintSovereign can I include Stage 1 Earth into a custom and then in the future listen to that custom with another stage of HTLTB in my stack?

I don’t know how to explain this but it seems that every aspect of my life is improving through my body, even stuff I didn’t expect like charisma, assertiveness, authenticity, sharpness of the mind, witness and humor.

OK I did my second loop of 3 min today after 3days rest.
Earth is really shinigh through.
I walk better
I have lost the need for posing, actually I find It nearly laughable
I have a healthy feeling inside and I only walk with posture for myself but in a graceful and enjoyable manner
I walk more barefoot on the grass and I get charged up with electricity 
Touching earth wit my feet and hand is a daily ritual now
I can drop all pressure and stress into the earth
My body feels like living soil
Yesterday I dropped my phone but it did not move a halve centimeter my reaction was so fluid and fast that the fear signal ocured after I had the phone stable back in my hand
Now I really want to play Foosball
I Center myself easily
I watch what I eat and give myself the good stuff with joy
Health is important and my joy to take care of
Thats the fantastic thing - I do the things that where stressful or dragging or forcefully now with a smile and with joy - it’s so easy now

The moment I was in the lake I felt old stored emotions rising up but at the same time released into the water
Also I can release emotions now anytime, they just vibrate out of certain parts of my body

I notice my reflexes are amazing as well, dropped my key accidentally and my hand just moved in a perfect circular motion and caught it without even thinking about it.
Body language is more fluid, feel more confident and calm, comfortable in my own body.
I can too release emotions through movement, if eel anxiety or something I just move it out of my body.

For all other multi-stagers, there is always a “core” scripting available in all stages. Is this also true for this title? And if yes, what is in that core?
