Before Earth I used to rush making meals which caused me stress always trying to make it as fast as possible, trying to do everything perfect as well and if something messed up even a little bit (egg yolk would break or something) I would feel even more stress which I think caused digestion issues.
Now I’m taking my time to prepare the food, even when making simple meals I’m doing everything in chill and even something messes up a little I don’t care because I know it doesn’t matter to my body.
This makes making and eating food more enjoyable, definitely noticed better digestion, instead of feeling full and lethargic I feel energized immediately after eating, the food doesn’t sit in my stomach for as much time.
I look leaner and my muscles definitely look fuller, more veins popping.
