Main Disc. Thread - HERO: The Light that Blinds (Now Available! Q Modules For Customs Now Available!)

There could be a use case for stage 1 as well I think:

your capacity to stay grounded under strain—to shift with precision and rise with composure

refining posture, increasing musculature, and shifting body language automatically toward balance and physical strength. In daily life, this means carrying yourself with quiet exactness and the physical appearance of having strength, where every gesture reflects clarity. Professionally, your embodied awareness will speak before you do — projecting discipline, grace, and control that needs no explanation.

Professionally, your consistency speaks for itself

Body language, staying calm under pressure from a client/customer, and consistency in approach. Three potential improvement areas where ST1 could help.

@SaintSovereign I’m having trouble understanding St2 VS St3.

What comes first? Thoughts or emotions?

Both of them are interconnected. I feel like I could run St2 and get a lot more mental clarity, white I could run St3 and get a lot more grasp on my own emotions.

You might’ve answered my previous question here, but to confirm -

Are you saying that it’s POSSIBLE (if one can handle it) to run two stages of HTLTB at once?

Not planning on doing this anytime soon, or maybe ever, but I want to make sure I’m not locking myself out of later stages by including Stage 1 Earth into a long-term custom

Would love clarification on this

Hero: Origins said it would dense to run alongside Hero : TBL but possible

Curious about further stacks of the Hero line.

This is awesome…beautifully written

I get hints of Steppenwolf by Herman Hesse - just a coincidence in similar themes, or am I detecting a trace of inspiration from that?

(The Saxophone, learning to dance/love from abstraction, the esoteric disdain for the conventional reawakened with new purpose through a woman, etc.)

Been off the gym for 2 weeks now. Tried Stage 1: Earth for 3 min. I went to the gym for the first time today in 2 weeks. Usually after a comeback i would do an ” everything ” set where i begin running at the treadmill for 10 min and later give every major muscle group 2 sets.

I broke almost every PR today!

Ran faster than i ever had at the treadmil

Benched 10kg over my old max

Did 5 more pullups compared to my usual 6 - 7

Squatted 5kg over my old pr

Deadlifted 10kg more than my old pr

  • When i wasn’t breaking PR’s and resting… i felt like an absolut freak, like Majin Buu… limitless endurance, stregnth and power. One loop topk me far beyond my previous limits which ive been slowly breaking since Jan 2025

This is normal when you take a week or 2 off gym, they’re called deloads your whole body recovers and can attack everything harder, mike mentzer built a whole training philisophy off this and sometimes even recommended training once a wesk

So why is it last time i took 10 days off, about a month & half ago, i came back feeling far weaker & needing to build it up over time?

After a deload, sometimes I feel weaker, sometimes I feel stronger.
It depends on how starved for recovery your body is I guess.

But there’s no denying that there must’ve been some influence from Earth.
While on HeO, I don’t really improve more than the usual in the gym, but I feel like I’m at the top of my game much more often. A sub that’s more specialized than HeO should have better effects.

@SaintSovereign is Earth enough to heal chronic injuries or do I need to stack it with Paragon? Also will the New Paragon come out any time soon?

From my understanding- Earth will heal injuries as the relate to improving performance or craft, if you have a gym, training routine that your injuries effect, Earth will heal them

Does this mean we can now put cores in name embedded major titles? Or is this a particular exception.

Really, Im surprised to hear that on Hero- you have more consistent peak performance but not improved performance, there is tons in the copy of strength, and improved athletic function

Probably talking about a custom

HeO acts more like a guide than a raw boost when it comes to that. At least for me.

Rather than my body magically knowing how to do more, it guides me mostly through the filter of the virtues. Discipline, devotion, reasons etc, the usual HeO stuff. This is what I mean by being “at the top of my game”. It’s mostly the shift in attitude, how i treat & conduct my exercise.

But i could be a “hardgainer” when it comes to the raw boost.
After around a year of total use & a long break to regain clarity about the sub in between, i did notice that i have more moments where i could push more than usual. As if my body knows it’s capable of more and acts on it.

It’s not consistent enough yet though. Very sparse. This is one of the reasons I’m still sticking with HeO.

Did my first loop of Earth today.

On the way back from the gym.

Bought my coffee from my regular cafe. The middle age lady who works there was alot more chirpy and talkative to me then normal.

Anything to report different from your experience at the gym?

No nothing yet mate

Yeah, it’s going to take a bit before you start noticing things, having run HeO for so long and already maximizing your strength and stuff. Try paying more attention to the subtle things, like your breathing or smoothness of movement.

There is physical shifting as well, so keep a look out for that.
