Planning subs isn’t even that hard. Here’s mine:

Sub Planning

  • EOG custom stays until 2024
  • Healing Retreat with Rebirth! in March, July, Sept
  • RM, IC and occassionally RoS on top of EoG custom.

How?
One main goal: Escaping slavery → EOG
Additional power via RM and IC.
Spirituality and Self discovery because I love it → RoS.

Then rotate the stacks depending on current needs/feelings.

You can, of course, plan the exact stacks for an entire year. But considering the growth the subs give you this might change along the path, so I only give it a rough direction.

Im on the carnivore diet, every time i slip and eat a lot of sugar my face is a little puffy the day after, bur with legacy its not.

What of us that are already shredded but want wider clavicle and wider upper body and wider waist. Do the LotS have effect on bones like Clavicle, Scapula and hip bones?

Guys LOS is no joke its a seriously potent product that everyone should have. I never miss a workout.

Deep down, I truly believe that Saint embodies the spirit of a Spartan. He possesses an incredible drive to push through circumstances that would seem impossible for many. What does this have to do with LotS? I mean spartan itself is the title which gives you the warrior energy rather than this titles whichi is pure physical shifting.

Lots seem to be working.
For a few past months, my weight was culminating below 66kg/145.5lb.
Right now I have slightly over 66kg/145.5lb, my abs are more visible than before and also my muscles seem slightly bigger.
And this is after only one listening of 9 min.

Can you share your results? when you say you never miss a workout, is it because of LotS or your own self-discipline? What about the physical shifting?

One thing to note here is also IMO, that your mind through the subliminal messages of LoS (and other programs) makes you like and adore your physical apperance as it is now more than before. What I mean is that nothing might have happened physically yet, but in your mind you see it that way, which is a good thing and actually a visualization in a way. And if your mind sees it, it’s there and is what matters the most.

I remember on Wanted I saw myself as more attractive when I started listening, even though nothing really had happend on the outside after only a loop. The world is holographic, as within so without. Because when your inner vision about how you desire to look is in place, then the resistance to it working out there, is slowly withering away.

See this as a test to just play the subliminal (we know SubClub works, we wouldn’t be here if it didn’t) and leave the doubts aside, stop looking for others confirmation that it works. It’s all in Your head, and you are the only authority in your own life. Be your own authority or you’ll end up projecting it out onto other people.

I find that I have a lot of energy, and rather than telling myself that I’m too tired to go to the gym, I use that energy to motivate myself to work out. Additionally, I have clear visual goals in my mind that I want to achieve in the long term. This provides me with a clear sense of direction and purpose, and helps me stay motivated and focused on my fitness journey

Not recommending… however I didn’t know at the time it wasn’t suggested to mix WANTED with Legacy of the Spartan days ago… so I ran LotS just Once then and then days afterwards just ran my Khan/WANTED ZPv2 custom it does feel like it may have boosted the results.

I look more handsome yet more intimidating.

My voice is deeper.

I push myself more during workouts.

Amazing mind-muscle connection.

I appreciate more bodybuilders body when i see them on instagram, usually i wouldnt care but now i look at them with awe.

I think this is another reason i felt a push to ise this title, to actually see physical results that will dissolve any doubts i have about the subliminals.

And im very happy because its working, seeing my body improves thanks to a subliminal makes me hopefull about the future and what i can achieve running other title.

I’m in my forties. My face and hair look pretty good this week. Also, I have a physical job and often move heavy items… I’m not sore:) I’ve run my Khan/WANTED ZP custom for near a year now.

Some. Not nearly as much as I’d like. I have (and will) never take it out of my stack (or customs) since it was first introduced and before then I had the early physical shifting modules in my Qv1 and QvT2 customs.
