Yesterday I was thinking about ascension when will zp2 come. I even wanted to ask Saint when it will come, but I didn’t want to bother a busy man. This morning I told myself if ascension is done, I will stack it . And here we are! The same happened to me with rebirth. Big synchronicities with sub club! Thanks Saint. I am gonna stack it, with Stark and eog2 to develop even more and profound and deep self confidence self reliance and internal power. Also to assist with physical shifting and muscle build.

Ascension imo is the most mature sub. It makes you improve your life in any way you can through work, pushes you to overcome the things you struggle with and builds yourself up by making each goal you achieve further increase your confidence.

They have added physical shifting to version 2 
how do you know it?
Its in the objectives now so they added this feature i think pacman asked for it.
I saw it in objectives in ZPv1, though.

I will say the physical shifting is pretty nice in Ascension. I kinda reminds me of Emperor in terms of bulkiness, and strength. At least that’s what it does for me

Background: Ran Ascension ZP v1, R.I.C.H ZP v2 and EOG ST1 ZP v2 for one cycle with Ascension Chamber once a week after a run of Ascension. Followed guidelines strictly. 5 day washout, 15 minutes listening time each.
So far my thoughts on the updated version for Ascension (for 1 loop):-
- Sense of internal power and ambition has grown. More serious about my direction in life instead of flailing about aimlessly. Went from a small ember in my heart (from ZP v1) to feeling a growing small flame to conquer life (not literally, since I know some people do feel literal warmth there).
- Increased feeling of groundedness. Oddly focusing on my arms, shoulders and chest more when I’m walking. Makes me feel more powerful and grounded.
- Manifestations regarding ambition and life. Visited my extended family yesterday and there was a lot of talk about career, passion and direction in life. Happened both in a group setting and privately. About having systems, doing networking and understanding the meta-view on understanding life. This was in tandem with discussions on making money (R.I.C.H and EOG ST1 manifestations). Was very useful and insightful, especially from those more elderly and experienced than me. Realized and internalized further the concept of having SMART goals and taking action towards them.
- Physical shifting. I didn’t really notice the physical shifting in ZP v1, I have noticed it after 1 loop of ZP v2. When I ran Wanted, I always notice my arms getting slightly bigger even if I don’t workout. Noticing the same thing with Ascension ZP v2, it’s about 50% - 75% as big of a rate of increase as on Wanted.
- Increase in respect. As someone is who is very young compared to those who are in my line of work as well as those in my extended family, I’ve always been treated with less respect. Ran Ascension before visiting the extended family. Noticed that while I am still treated as somebody younger at the table, I’m now treated more in terms of “You’re a young guy with a lot of potential and I want to help you” sort of way, instead of “You’re a young guy who doesn’t seem to know what he’s doing and I’ll mostly talk to you due to you being my relative” sort of way.
- Increased feeling of love and attraction. Ran Ascension before talking to my girlfriend. She’s noticeably more clingy and says she’s falling in love with me more and more these days. Acting more adorable than usual. My jokes are slightly more masculine in nature than usual.
- Increase in libido and sexual thoughts. Didn’t really notice this on ZP v1. Now I’m noticing that I’ll have random flashes of having sex and making out in my mind. Increases my libido and desire to have sex. Paradoxically, also having better control on not having sex to focus on work instead.
- Feels less dense, less recon. Mentally I don’t feel the load compared to when I ran ZPv1. Less feelings of “I’ll never make it” and “I’m useless and I wasted my life” - typical recon symptoms for me.
Other possible explanations:-
- This is a result of a bloom from ZP v1 of Ascension. Even if it was, I think ZP v2 further accelerates and greatly expands the growth and depth of change compared to it. And I feel like ZP v2 broke ground where ZP v1 did not, if that makes sense.
- This is a result of a bloom from EOG and R.I.C.H. No doubt it’s part of it but I can intuitively tell 99% of the results here come from Ascension.
Caveats:-
- Only 1 loop. Will need to make another update at 3 months. Could be trailer effect.

Does Ascension contain self love , self worth scripting?

Oh boy… 2 weeks and something on this new version of ascension: I became aware and I mean cruelly aware on how fucking fat I became. From six pack abs and best shape 1,5 years ago I have been to this… So I changed my diet, and started working out 5 days a week and already made a huge improvement in overall body shape! For sure physical shifting is helping. Another thing is that I have more energy and far more drive. On this Christmas holiday day offs I am working on our E commerce page every day. It boosted productivity very much. I cannot even imagine spending a day doing nothing… I remember Xmas last year how I played video games and did nothing. Well not anymore becuse sub club changed my life. For me, Ascension is like a tough motivational coach who will show you areas of life where you suck, and guide you to new life, but in a satisfactory manner, because every little step of development is rewarded with more self-confidence, self-trust, self-worth and overal better feeling with oneself with big passion, drive and hope towards the future.

I been running ascension + commander and been wondering if anything was even happening? I wasn’t noticing anything but after a few days I started to feel that masculine drive wake up inside me. I guess ascension zp2 is a slow build sub
