Only one loop of LBH have been run so far. Will be running the second loop tonight.
I just went out today and noticed that a sales person I dealt with was extremely polite. He was polite to me before but not as soft spoken as compared to today.
I also noticed another guy standing next to his car and I had to pass by him to go on my way. He immediately saw me and stepping back and allowed me to go forward even though I was intending to go around him and was walking extremely slowly. I think he noticed my visual impairment. Not sure.
On an internal level, am more self-accepting of myself and the circumstances around me. Since I ran 2 cycles of Ascension before LBH (and will continue with Ascension in September) my current general sense of worth is “loving alpha”.

I experienced the same when I was doing the shopping yesterday and that guy was huge. He did it with reverence to me. At least that’s how I read his body language.
That definitely has a lot of healing power both on the physical and psychological levels. There’s no point in scuffling with ourselves and our circumstances, we should always strive to employ who we are and where and when we are to get a lot of good and enjoyment out of our life. I feel LBfH helps with that a lot.

Dreams tonigh revolved around my times in middle school , high school and university . Some dreams I feel harmony and others felt regret. Usually I require a lot of healing regarding my school times . Excited to see were this lead to

I am like constantly ready. But it’s different.
It’s not some sort of “just get it out” energy. It’s love. I just want to share the (sexual) love with my wife.
I first thought it’s just hunting dopamine from recon, but it is indeed, just very sexual love all day!
It also changed completely how I see sex. I am much more focused on a connection. True love expressed via the bodies. I don’t care about orgasms anymore at all, I just wanna enjoy the ride.

You got a very good point there… is not sex just for the sake of sex. Its Love and Connection that can be expressed sexually too. The things is I feel soooo expressive right now lol.

It’s been that way for a long time for me, I mostly don’t feel the need to orgasm anymore… I guess that comes from being more relaxed nowadays and before it being a thing just like a pressure release valve.

There’s nothing wrong with your bladders, y’all. It’s just a lot of energetic scripting, so your body requires more energy, nutrients and more water. More water usage = more peeing. Look up the process of peeing. It’s not what most people think, lol.

I’m on 3 titles and wish I could used LBFH every listening day. I’m ready for my second loop but I need to wait until tomorrow. 
First time I get to try it with Ascension Chamber.
Every sub asks us what things means for us . With Rich it manifested in a dream with magnified cash paper . While taking photos with people I helped . With Ascension it manifested in a thought in one of my dreams " ohh my future will be good " . With 
it manifested in me caring about my vitality and This my benchmark of loving myself.

a thought of comparing myself to another person and then I said " I love you my really love you " while feeling it in my heart and the shiver moves through my body
