I do not want to derail this thread too much but everything above 40°C degrees is chemically destroyed, inhibited or modified, so your “antioxidants” are not of much use.
Have some raw fat, either from raw meat or raw butter or raw avocado with a cooked product to take care of any toxins and stop them from making much damage,
Dont concern yourself to much Sarge since its only been a few months i think any negative impact on your body will be negligible. The good thing is you can stop doing it from today

So just to summarize so far the 5 numbers i got from women i have one date arranged.
The blonde girl at the bookshop still pings me but is reluctant to meet because she is in a relationship fair enough.

Day 4
Today i went out on a date with blonde french girl who works as a waitress in a cocktail bar. I had seen her a few times as we passed each other like ships in the night.
