Doesn’t sound like a cause for concern. No one’s reported any issues or differences with ZPU titles in customs. So they probably retain their scripting.
We have already discussed this @Judoka – if you add a ZPU-powered core into a custom, that technology latches on and extends to the rest. This has been true since the early ZPU-style technology, like the NSE, up to the new ZPU tech (Adaptive Scripting, Anti-Recon). ZPU and ZPv2 are completely compatible and intentionally so.
