Got a course on Astral Projection since I have a gift in things outside of my body 70%space air element.

Also read about some absolutely insane healing you can do from spirit form.

So this Will be interesting, Hopefully rom helps a bit with this as well.

I have had several OBE but my control of where to to have not been very high.

Yesterday something fashinating happened. I was at Drottninggatan with my mum. And it was absolutely packed , And before that would have been a bit hard Cause I just absorbed others stress. But now I did not . And instead it felt like time slowed down .And almost every girl just looked at me when I walked past and even head turned to look back .

I also noticed my voice is much more relaxed in Swedish but that might be Cause it’s my Mother language.

Like no past triggers in Sweden even. Super cool

I went through again . Im now a sakadagami with frution. And the brahmaviharas become a constant .

Now to the harder step . Where noone can help you reach next stage :joy:.

I feel at complete peace though. Also more and more clients have gone into nothingness and neither perception nor non perception.

I also coached a super successful Guy like a true bawler hes like 60 years. Felt 0 nervousness even though the age difference

Awesome Yea Hinduism is cool with their bliss states and gods that you can meet.

Meanwhile Buddhism just make you stop existing for a while to restart brain :joy:. It Also makes you very peaceful and loving but still.

I really get why people are more drawn to indian meditation practices

Business going great . Went out to Do daygame today . Did not find any girls almost. Who am I to blame the wind almost froze me To death :joy:

Also started to make sense of How Buddhism combines with other teachings to have a more holistic view.

My stomach have been a bit bad lately . So long meditation sits is a no go.

Clients starting to go super deep with incredible results though .

Also stark really has me going . I worked like 14 days for 16 hours a day except sunday .

This week like 10 and I still did some work on weekends. Working long hours without burning out when you love your job and understand the brain is really Easy🙂

Listened to love bomb Yesterday after 90 minute twim . Got in an incredible flow and the hours just flew away. Also got super much done
