I was in the listening instructions last night, and I still have a question.
Since I normally do 2 rest days, my washout is 3 days only. However, do I still include my 2 rest days and add on 3 more for the washout, or
do I just do 3 rest days as my washout?
Why not try 5 day washouts just for the sake of trying

I am always a little bit manic when I lisen to subs.
I want more and more and more and 2 Zp titels per day aren’t enough and Bla Bla Bla bla
Now I am on my 3rd day of a washout and I feel so much better then when I am in active listening phase. I even consider 8 days washouts
I have chosen in one of my customs and I am exploding of positivity.
Now I realize how important rest days and washouts are
After my first ever ZP cycle (3 titles), with standard 1 day rest, I took 7 days washout and I felt very good plus the blossoming was better and better with each day.
My first Zp washout was good, I felt the changes.
My second was hard, actually very hard, it was a Khan st1 cycle.
My 3rd washout is phenomenal, I burst of positivity, every day it gets better and better. I contribute this to my Sage Immortal+Chosen custom.
