Hello, I have purchased and have been using Paragon ZP for around a month now and while it has been helpful I am thinking of adding a separate file or replacing Paragon entirely. My main concern that I would like to work on is that I have a long list of health issues that come from chronic muscle tightness due to frequent stress. I am in quite a bit of pain because of it, and Paragon ZP has been a help. Due to the nature of my health problems I am considering using the new Sanguine V2 as additional help or to replace paragon in it’s entirety. Would this be a good idea? Is there another suggestion to pickup that will help me with my concerns? Please feel free to let me know. Thanks in advance!

Also you can time daily to relax each muscle buy putting you awaness on them and cosciously release tension. Do this 5 to 10 minutes.
Your awareness alone is one of your biggest power.
Paragon is good - paragon sleep is good too but not directly related to the post and the concerns, the way I read it.
@clagger_space1 I’d just recommend adding Sanguine to your existing stack! Don’t replace it.
Listen to them together, one immediately after another, and follow the exact same listening schedule that you did with one title.
You’ll love the results - not only is Sanguine beneficial as a solo title, but, it’ll pair nicely with Paragon and the healing will enhance Sanguine’s results and (what you’re looking for:) Sanguine will enhance Paragon
