-=ZP=- Reshaping Myself: Emperor/Heartsong/Spartan

Adding Spartan gave me some mild overload yesterday, nothing to worry about I kind of expected that.

I already feel a conviction burning inside to exercise more and get in shape. In fact I did my yoga practice and walk for almost 2 hours. Today the plan is jumping the rope for 4 rounds (3 minutes each) to get some much necessary cardio.

On a side note regarding sexuality. Yesterday while making love with my girlfriend I realized something, I was feeling no libido for a couple of weeks while on Wanted and Diamond, then it came back a couple of days ago.
The couple of times I had sex during those weeks it felt good, but weird in a way I couldnt make sense of till yesterday.

Last night it became clear… Im allowing myself to drop the dominant, woman pleaser role and embracing a more passive, letting myself being pleased role.
Its not that Im changing roles forever, its about widening the scope of things Im able to enjoy.

There was a tightness inside of me I wasnt fully aware of, that was stopping me from fully let go and let my girlfriend (or any woman for that matter) work in pleasing me and discover how to treat me properly.

I listened to Spartan ZP yesterday for the first time and Ive already having great results.

Before I had 2 problems regarding exercising, it didnt matter which discipline.

Lack of Motivation: It was always hard for me to start and to increase the duration and intensity of the routine, I wanted it to be easy.

Lack of Focus: I used to focus on how long Ive been practicing and how many minutes I had left, so I could stop.

What I noticed today? I was supposed to do my practice late in the afternoon and start with 3 rounds. I couldnt stop thinking about exercising and had to do it way earlier…
:white_check_mark:Also I did 5 rounds instead of 3, not because I forced myself, but because it felt so good I just didnt want to stop.
I didnt care about the clock, I just enjoyed the practice and of course the rounds seemed to quickly fly by… They actually felt a little too short.

I also did a 45 minutes walk.

My first goal is to reach 10, 3 minutes rounds of rope, so I can start adding some boxing rounds with my sack.

I just remember last night I had the weirdest dream… Ive always been very conscious about my dreams and how vivid they are… Last night I had a dream that would have been very disturbing for me in the past, but this time it felt different.

In the dream I was with a group of people and we all worked in the subterranean train in my city, my gf was there too. We worked in a cleaning team and the guy in charge took us to a sector with a hallway full of doors, every door led to a separate room.

The thing is behind each door a horrible crime had ocurred. They didnt let us in the first room because it was so horrible and the experts went in. We were sent to another room with my girlfriend to finish the cleaning.
A woman killed his husband there… it was a kitchen and the walls had knife marks, but the body and blood was already cleaned… Somebody said that in the first room some guy blew his head off with a shotgun and it was still there.

We cleaned the room and left… Then I woke up feeling kind of confused about the dream, but pretty calmed.

Now that Im writing about it, I can see the relationship between my dream and a classic hypnotic regression technique called “Hall of Regressions”.
In which you go into trance to find a hallway full of doors, each one has a number and lead to a scene from your childhood… every number on each door represents an age.
You go in and your unconscious mind helps you remember something specific that happened at that age that is the root cause of whatever you are working on.

It really feel like my mind cleaning up experiences from my past that were too intense to bring up to conscious awareness before healing them.

I had a dream with some graphic content too but it was only at my very first ZP loop at night

Since then the graphic stuff isn’t making me feel as horrible as it used to, I have more control over it.
Zp really helped me in that dimension

Im glad you mentioned control here… because even though I have a boss in the dream and it was very graphic, at no time I felt out of control and the overall feeling was of calmness.

Feeling super tired after yesterday workout. Im gonna take a nap and exercise later.

Funny Spartan ZP fact:

Even though Im physically tired after the last 2 days workout, I cant stop thinking about my workout for today. Also Im more hungry than usual, but Im not craving sugar, I want meat.

:white_check_mark:I just did 6 rounds… broke another limit! That to me is prove that Spartan ZP is helping me melt away Mental and Emotional limitations I had about my own abilities and capacities, thats why Im moving so quickly… My body is actually capable of more than what I believed.

This is excellent!!

The Mind and Emotions can be changed way faster than the Body… which requieres a different time frame and strategies.

Soon enough Im gonna reach the baseline of my physical capacity and the grow rate is gonna move a little slower, Thats phase 2 when the more awesome gains comes.

Im noticing a tendency to go fully inside… Im not thinking in gaining abilities and results to get an effect on other people, but for my own selfish purposes.

Im feeling Limitless ZP as a great companion for Spartan.

I did 7 rounds this morning junping the rope. 3 minutes each, with 1 minute in between to recover.
My plan is to reach 10 rounds and then start adding boxing rounds till I reach 10 (20 total). Thats a little over an hour of practice.

When Im at that level Im going to take boxing classes, this way Im buildind a strong cardio and resistance, so when I go to the gym I can focus on technique instead of focusing in not dying of a heart attack :rofl::rofl:

I have the feeling that Spartan is giving me an improved breathing capacity.

Definitely Im hungrier than before, but not craving trash food like sugars.

Motivation is proven to me not only to be overrated, but quite useless to be honest.
Its not about feeling motivated, then excercise. Its about exercising even if you have absolutely no desire to do so, until it begins to feel good. The more you do that, the more character you build.

Today I had no desire to exercise, but I moved my ass anyway… the practice was a little dispersed at first, after 1 or 2 rounds I was fully focused and having a good time.

Some moments ago while waking up, still with my eyes closed, still half asleep I heard a voice in saying “Now you have a clear distinction between being awake and being asleep”.

I have no idea what to make of it, but it just stuck in my head with a feeling of importance.

Today is day 21, Im up for a washout, which coincides with a trip to the beach with my girlfriend.

I just did 8 rounds!! 1 more than yesterday and already at the 30 minutes mark.

I feel very high, but I got to acknowledge the muscle soreness, so Im taking 2 days off for my body to rest and recover.

At this rhythm its gonna take me around 10 more days to organically reach the 60 minutes mark.

A cool thing happened between yesterday and this morning.

Yesterday afternoon I was in the bathroom brushing my teeth and I thought… It would be great if I could know without a shadow of a doubt when Im percieving something about someone else.

This morning my girfriend went out to do some chores and while she was out I felt a feeling of conflict and had this images of some woman shouting at her and being violent.
When she arrived, she told me that some people complaint to her because they thought she was skipping the line to the store, but she told them she took a number online and it was her turn… they kept complaining, she ingnored them.

I realized that Im able to unconsciously connect into the energy of that situation and interpret the vibrational information in a movie in my head.
The information/vibration I got it correct, the way my mind interpreted that info into a movie aint 100% accurate to the facts, but its accurate to the vibration.

Theres 4 distinct phenomena… connection, recieving the information, decoding the information and interpretation of such info.

Yesterday was my first washout day, last night it was an endless row of weird dreams.

Yesterday I did 9 rounds in my practice, so I will reach my first goal today.

I was thinking about adding a third tittle after my washout, but now Im considering something a little different.

Day 1: Wanted ZP x2
Day 2: Rest
Day 3: Spartan ZP x1
Day 4: Rest

Repeat…

I think it could work very good.

I did 10 rounds today! First goal reached… Im taking 2 days off to rest.

I re thinked the new schedule into this

Day 1: Wanted ZP x2
Day 2: Rest
Day 3: Spartan ZP x2
Day 4: Rest

Its the exact amount of exposure than what Ive been doing, just redistributed differently.
This way I have 3 days to integrate a particular script, before I listen again.

Third day of washout, I can sumarize the experience in 1 word… Tired.

I felt and still do tired all the time… I just wanna stay in bed and dont have any energy for anything. Still did my excercise routines until yesterday.
