That’s a good thing. Because many of us can get stuck on healing and use it as an excuse to not be productive.

Any vague idea on what you want to add? If you don’t, it’s okay to wait. Maybe a new title will come soon and you would have an open slot for it.

Im thinking about Emperor/Heartsong being my juicy steak and any other title can work as the Salt, Pepper and Garlic. I can rotate my seasoning on a weekly basis or according to whatever interest or activity I might have, e.g. tomorrow night we have an special event with my girlfriend, so Libertine is the chosen one.

Yes that’s a good idea. I remember SaintSovereign saying that we can use a title occasionally if it is the 3rd one in the stack. That way you could use Libertine on a need to use basis.

Although he did say that that will work as long as one picks the third title and sticks to it. As in no switching between Libertine and DIAMOND as the 3rd title since it will make the stack 4 titles.

Unless you want to experiment ofcourse.

In the past I would have done that, I was way more airy, today I feel down to earth and way more pragmatic, so I prefer to have a well thought schedule.

I want to use Libertine tomorrow, but I dont want to stick to it, I guess thats how far my experimentation goes for now.
Im gonna wait till a third title fits just perfectly and add it… otherwise steak dinner it is.

My practice was simply awesome, focused and full of energy, I can feel the growth as the days go by.

I did Spartan ZP for 2 cycles, beginning in December 17 and stopping in January 30.

Today being February 11th I can still feel its power growing inside of me. Training is one of the best parts of my day.

• Boxing 4 times a week is now something I do, a habit, before Spartan there was no boxing for years.

• I have more stamina, way better cardio, more explosive power and my technique is quickly improving.

• While Im boxing I get short movies in my head, like a movie trailer in which Im fighting… with special effects, music, camera pannings, slow motion, all the good stuff. It gives me rushes of pleassure.

• Ive lost some weight and some body fat, but Im not keeping track of thay very accurately. Many people say Im thinner, including my girfriend and I cant wear any of my pants without a belt anymore, some of them simply fell off while I walk :rofl:

@Seeker Im going back to the gym at some point, for now I train at home, I have a good base from previous training.

I’m enjoying your journal a lot, I think a part of what you are doing is similar to a few objectives of mine.

I understand that you keep the habit, but do you keep the energy rush when you train or just the discipline?

do you feel that you have won muscle tone and strength?

Both. The discipline is what get me started and it comes in the form of an inner voice of absolute certainty, a voice that simply lets me know that Im gonna exercise, no matter what. Its not a voice that makes me feel motivated in a pumped up kind of way, its more like eating in the sense that I know that its going to happen, that its part of living.

The rush usually kicks in at about the 5 minutes mark and its at least partially related with the movies I was telling about in my previous post.
Also the act of putting my body in motion makes me feel good… its like a part of me is always looking for ways to move, I also developed the habit of walking at least 45 minutes almost every day.

Movement = Pleasure, is my new belief. My energy rush comes from having fun doing it.

Strenght definitely, muscle tone I cant tell for sure, but it seems that I have a little more definition, can be the better posture too.
My focus has been on the side of losing fat more than muscle gain for now. Although my real focus is being healthy, develop endurance and maximize my overall energy levels.

I did Spartan/Emperor… Ive been only doing Heartsong for a week I think.

I have this feeling that Emperor/Heartsong is gonna be awesome.

Well after a crazy weekend today I begin with Emperor/Heartsong. I discovered some issues I need to work on, which almost made me decide for a healing focused stack, but I think I can handle them on my own.

Well Emperor/Heartsong lifted my mood, so here I am getting ready to do some boxing.

I feel like some emotional weight got lifted, Im getting used to look back and found that something that felt like an important issue to be solved is now some little unimportant detail that shoud have never been a concern.

Like an hour ago I got flooded by this weird fear of dying, it lasted for about an hour until I decided to do some emotional clearing exercises. It went down quite a bit, although I still feel somewhat strange.

Last night after the fear of dying incident I had trouble falling asleep, when I finally became sleepy a headache began.
Now I woke up with the headache still here.

It looks like this stack is pretty intense and Im in recon.

What a shitty practice I had today… 0 energy, headache, reconciliation :sleepy: but I did the full thing anyway. Not a 100% effort, but did the full thing, no excuses.

Now for 45 extra minutes of walking back home.
