What are the best practices when running a ZP multistage title?
Do I upgrade to the next level each month?
I have read a few threads on here that mention pre-ZP multistage, and I’m pretty sure those no longer apply.

~1 month is the shortest recommended time for staying with a level.
Or 1 play period. A play period is 26 days: 21 days plus 5 subliminal-free days for processing.
But also, with multi-stage subliminals it’s a good idea to (somewhat) approach each individual stage as an independent program in its own right. It’s not, in other words, just a race to stage 4; because each stage tends to have its own sub-specialty and unique functions.
So, it’s a good idea to read and understand the emphasis and focus of each separate stage. Then you may choose to spend longer on a particular stage because you realize that it’s exactly what you need. This understanding does not only come from reading; it also gets majorly developed through your experience and observations. For example, I remember noticing that my creative ideas for business development really seemed to spike up when I was running Ecstasy of Gold Stage 2. At the time, I was super-focused on getting to stage 4. But I think that if I were doing it again now, I would spend longer with that stage 2.
Right now, I’m working with Khan Black: The Crucible. My plan is to stay with each stage for 2 months. But depending on what happens in reality, who knows? I may extend or slightly shorten the times.
But the time spent with each stage should be no shorter than 1 play period/1 month.

Here’s my understanding and what I’ve been following:
Minimum 1 month. Optimally 2+months.
It’s an intuitive decision usually for me on whether to do an extra month or not. If I feel like I need more time on a particular stage I’ll do it for a second month. Otherwise, I proceed to the next stage. Generally 1 month has been the average though.

I would go with 2 months depends on the sub maybe more

I just noticed that at the very bottom of the multistage product pages, it says:
you cannot expect instant results from a 4 month long process
which sounds like 1 month per stage.
It makes perfect sense what @Malkuth is saying, so I’m a little confused.

I knew I’d forgotten to mention something.
It’s common to continue playing the final stage for a longer period of time.
So, you spend 1-2 months on stages 1-3, and once you get to stage 4, you stay with that “as long as”.
Also, let’s show the whole quote in context:

I believe somewhere Saint said that the recommendation do 2 sets of 21 days with 5 days rest in between. This was when ZP first came out.
For EoG which dramatically changed my life, I followed this like law until stage 4 then just continued that until I had run it for a year and more importantly got what I wanted out of it before switching to RICH.
There’s healing in each stage except stage 4 so there’s no need to sit around stage for an extended period of time. You will have 6 sets of 21 days of healing by following this process. After that it’s time to move on to stage 4 and let all your growth compound and take off.

IMHO you switch when you stop getting value off the current sub you’re listening to - that’s the patient, long term perspective.
If you want to jump through the stages as quick as possible, 1-2 months would be the minimum. Preferably 2 per cycle. I would HIGHLY recommend doing the first stage of any subliminal for at LEAST 2 cycles, even if you do the other stages for 1 cycle each. The success on all the other stages is helped massively by the first stage

I switched on what results I get, be constantly aware on the results you get and you may stay longer for that particular stage.
What we hold into our thoughts expands. So don’t keep complaining on things that you don’t want.
Subs that address the spiritual part are harder to observed on the surface because it dig to deepest part of us.

Depends on the sub. EOG St 1 should be run for at least a year " in my opinion ". Especially if you’re someone similar to myself who grew up with really messed up beliefs about money and wealth
