ZP Cycle Length Question

I probably missed it in the ZP listening instructions but is a cycle considered 21 days or 45 days? I understand that after 21 days there is a 5 day washout. Just looking for clarification

45 days

21 days is a cycle but 2 cycles are recommended before changing stacks. Especially for multistages.

21 days is what I’ve understood to be a full cycle. I’d have to check the recommendations again but I believe this was the minimum amount of time recommended to see results. 45 days would be the time recommended for ‘full’ results.

‘Full’ in quotations because results don’t really stop, they just deepen.

If I listened to Limitless ZP solo for 45 days, I should drop it?

Kudos for running that solo.

Are you happy with what you got using Limitless? If yes, then sure. If not…

With this you mean changing for example from stage 1 to stage 2 after 45 days? Or you change from let’s say Khan to Dragon Reborn

I mean, the most prominent result from LZP was a significant reduction of my TMJ disorder lol, so i want to run another cycle with this sub after washout.

Ahh, I believe I read your report a couple of days ago. That was an unintended but welcome side effect, right? Continuing with it seems wise:)

21 days is a cycle.
45 days is a stack run. 1 stack run is the minimum when going through a multi stager.
3-stack runs as a heuristic is considered to “go a long way” according to SaintSovereign. This was his answer when asked how long does it take for results to be permanent.

I meant changing from ST1 to ST2 for example.
