Someone can correct me if I’m wrong but the way I see it there’s active physical shifting (working out, nutrition, personal style, grooming, etc.) and passive physical shifting (ligaments, bones, fat, etc.)
I’m interested to know about the more passive shifting. From my research when it comes to facial aesthetics it really is about tongue posture. That has to be in place in order to facilitate the correct alignment of everything. Alone that’s probably a glaciers pace of change or possibly not even budging if you’re older. But I wonder if the physical shifting subs can overcome that or not.
Now this might be a limiting belief, idk. But enacting physical changes on our own bodies seems like it would naturally have some safeguards? Like why would our bodies willingly allow us to change physical features through intention alone? It throws off the balance of everything, it seems like the deeper parts of the mind would be very reluctant to change less superficial aspects. I could see hair health, muscle, or fat changes because those are constantly in flux. But underlying structures seems like there would be pushback.
In any case I’m running some physical shifting for the long haul so I guess I’ll see.
