Writing scenes makes them come alive

So you just have a stream of consciousness chat?

I used to do this way before I discovered Sub club. I did this kind of differently though. Let’s say I wanted to get comfortable talking with women or practice being more comfortable. I would literally write down first in my point of view, first person, then write down from the point of view of someone else noticing me.

For example:

me :

I want to the shop today and saw the hottest woman eye balling me today. She wore a red dress, had blonde hair and was curvy as hell. She kept looking over to me and then I finally worked over to her and said hi

From the perspective of the woman:
As I was in the shop, sweating in this heat in my red dress, I noticed a handsome man and I couldn’t keep my eyes of him. He moved with such charisma that it was intoxicating. He had on(describe what you look like) and walked up to me to say hi.

I think any kind of narrative dialogue works because thats how our subconscious works, in stories. We tell each ourselves stories to convince us to approach or not approach that beautiful woman depending on our beliefs.

Even the simple act of reading a story activates certain brain regions that stay active for days after.

I remember experimenting with this idea long time ago but I added something more potent. So I would write my ideal day and what not but also, and you can try it, I won’t say what will happen but… sing (preferably when alone so no one thinks you’ve gone kook lol) what your ideal day is that you have written down.

I won’t say too much on the topic of singing so as to not influence an outcome. So I would not research the science of singing until after you’ve done this for awhile
