Willingness to suffer

willingness to suffer in order to achieve your goals whatever they are
willingness to painfully push yourself out of your comfort zone consistently everyday
willingness to suffer through things because it is what is required of you
never waver just because you will have to suffer
perform even when you know you will suffer
suffering could be physical, mental or emotional. whatever it is, if it stands in the way of getting the life that you want, you will still go through that pain willingly

Which subs cultivate this? Would DR help develop this?

what do you mean by that? im not quite understanding why u quoted that

DR St1 gives you apathy, he wanted to say.

It’s a super duper skill to have in your pocket for life.

While you are listening with DR there is a long period of emotional emptiness, it varies with the listener. Don’t stop the flow. I recommend running Love Bomb and as much as possible socialize with people.

Emperor + Rebirth is your best bet, mate.

  • Rebirth is an excellent subliminal to add to your stack if you have some specific problems to deal with. An example would be if you have a stubborn fear of success pop up over and over again on Emperor – adding Rebirth would help you dig down deep into what exactly is causing this fear for you, and then assist you in letting go of it.

Serious question. Why would you want to suffer to achieve your goals?

because the only way i can see it possible to achieve my goals require suffering. otherwise its failure. im running DR to remove anything holding me back and hoping it could remove potential suffering but i dont see any other way.

What makes you feel suffering is the only option? Maybe I’m misunderstanding. Determination and resilience I’d encourage. Putting yourself through suffering, idk maybe I’m biased but I feel like that’ll catch up with you eventually. You can only whip yourself so much before you break down entirely.

then wat is discipline/willpower and getting out of ur comfort zone?
doing things you dont want to do even if you really hate it you still do it. therefore suffering

quick examples not just in these but in any aspect of life:
forcing yourself to work out everyday even if its the last thing u want to do. u get up and do it regardless of how u feel

having the difficult conversations that u need to have.

working all day instead of just being distracted.

fasting

etc…

Titles that came to mind immediately Are Spartan and GLM. thinking about it probably Emperor and Ascension too.

It might just be both our personal views on the word, but I’ll present my view

Suffering = Disregarding one’s needs, pushing beyond capacity, lack of deeper understanding of the conscious and subconscious dynamic, one way ticket to burnout

Discipline/willpower = Prioritizing your needs in a healthy way, creating achievable and maintainable challenges, steady progression and growth, knowing your limits and respecting them.

The way I see it when you’re willing to suffer it’s a dangerous path. Growth happens when you have the resources available within you to tackle challenges in a healthy way. If you don’t you build them up and keep trying. Suffering would imply you just keep going regardless of what happens, steadily disconnecting from yourself in order to fulfill an outside goal.

One inflicts pain on yourself while the other builds you up.

It took me 35 years to move out of suffering…

Thinking I must suffer first in order to persevere

No thanks.

Things only great people achieve are challenging.

The frame you put over these moments might help you a lot.

Instead of suffering you can say something was challenging or “full of your character’s growth” - understanding that every second you push through while others stop and give up, is another step towards your greatness.

Ofc it is great to look for paths and tools that will allow you to move forward as easily as you can - work in the smartest ways you can find.

Perceiving the challenging times
as those that are most fruitful

(because literally everyone else around you quits here making you rarer and rarer and ahead of them
AND because these moments are the ones that are building your character into a stronger and more capable one)

You can smile through it - being absolutely grateful to the universe for making you into someone who can surpass others

and for understanding that the challenge and pain are not here to put you down - the universe doesn’t put you through this to bully you - it puts you through this because this IS part of the process to make you into the top world beast that you want to be.

You know if the thing was easy everyone would do it and get there.

And if the hero of the story becomes the most amazing one with no effort of challenge - was it even real in the first place?

This is what makes your victory sweet.

This process is what makes you better and more ready to take on more and more.

The fact that YOU are the one who does it anyway is a blessing because it makes you the rarest, strongest, most determined and most powerful being. Everyone else curls up and cries and copes away.

You can envision yourself being calm and calculated and determined even in the most terrifying times of a normie and know that it was not a one-day change that made you this way - it was small step by step - every single time you pushed through despite not wanting to with a smile on your face. Those are the times that make a warrior. Cherish them. No comfort will ever bring you growth. THIS IS GROWTH.

hamdellah brother life is good

Also have no clue what subs sorry but I did find that turning it around into something positive - seeing it as a goldmine of amazing results and strength helps me.

Wish you luck!

Also its good to note that not every unpleasant and painful thing you do has no easier solution so if you find ways that work better, take them! If some things just are challenging, harness them - kiss them - thank the universe for them. These tasks are the ones that make you so godlike in the end no matter what they are as long as you show how strong you are within - like a muscle your mind grows with time.

I’d say Emperor, Emperor Black, Commander, and Godlike Masculinity.

But yes, I think that you need to update your symbolical and linguistic lexicon with regard to the terms ‘suffering’ and ‘pain’.

We all have our own ways of framing these things; so I’ll leave you to your own process, understanding, and language, to develop as you see fit.

I prefer to see it, however, as an embrace of necessary challenges, pains, and or difficulties as valuable elements of attaining goals and bringing them to fruition. It’s not some kind of fixation on the pain, it’s an appreciation of every element or factor that helps to bring our visions into reality; whatever those elements may happen to be.

You may or may not be surprised to find that people are just as afraid of and destabilized by pleasures as we are pains. It’s not the pain or the pleasure that generates the fear. It has more to do with the proximity of pain or pleasure to the risk of meaningful change.

It’s the prospect of meaningful change, more than anything else, that most often elicits the fear, avoidance, and resistance.

To overcome our resistance to both pain and pleasure, we need clarity and groundedness of vision and discernment. It’s easy to lose touch with how what we are doing connects us to our goals and values.

Subliminals that cultivate and strengthen grounded vision and discernment will help us with our unwillingness to suffer and with our unwillingness to enjoy.

oops, now I have to include Genesis as well.

I think Genesis speaks directly to what you’re seeking. (The courage, action, and risk-taking scripting.)
