William’s Winning Wayfare

Me too, it feels like a completely new sub.
I’m excited to discover more about it.

I have LBFH + WB going on, not as “pure” as HS, but i’m starting to understand more about the parts that HS is focused on through WB.

To be honest, the sudden flood of emotion is overwhelming me, but this is also a good way to grow & find out more about myself.

After reassessing the recon from LBFH, yeah, stacking it with DRR3 is not wise.

The recon is subtle, but it’s going directly for my stability.
I can not add DRR3 on top of that, it’s just asking for trouble.

For productivity, I’ve been liking HeO more than EE so far, i know that maybe EE is blooming, but the distinct drive & fulfilment from HeO is just too good.

I can’t wait to use HeO + EE again. I need the break from EE and I need to figure out what WB is doing inside before switching it back to EE.

Next cycle I’ll make an LBFH + WB name embedded if WB has been updated. They said it was gonna be updated around last december-january. That didn’t happen but it showed that WB might be just around the corner.

If it’s not updated yet, then I’ll just do LBFH + EE.

I’ve been slowly building up the exposure.
LBFH +10s/lday
WB +1s/lday

So far no major recon, but I’m still noticing subtle recon from LBFH.
It’s prioritising myself before others, which feels a bit different from the original LBFH.

The new LBFH feels more about making sure I fully love myself first before spreading it around.
The old one is more about building an overflowing love that spreads.

Similar, but more thorough, more priority towards myself.
The old LBFH feels more open, the new one prioritises oneself first and foremost.

I reread LBFH’s description again.
It’s so beautiful. To cultivate myself to the point where my mere existence brings love to others.
The best part is, it’s not a distant dream. I’m starting to live it right now.

It feels similar to DRR3, but its approach & depth are different.

WB is working as usual.
HeO is HeO.

The moment HeO gets updated, I will rush straight into making an HeO + EE custom.
There’s something in HeO that just hits well with my productivity. Yet EE is another beast altogether.
Both of them together will be amazing.

LBFH + DRR4 sounds good too. I’ll wait for DRR4 to be updated again with the new tech first.

could you describe it a bit more? Like how it shows, how your behavior changed, etc

You can see it in others, or sometimes they’d just outright say it to you.

When I’m around them, they start to loosen up. They’re more willing to open up and process their inner struggles, and I’m able to help them with that from many aspects.

This is different from when I was just using WB alone; the feeling is different, the results are different.
I feel like I’m just scratching the surface of what’s possible with the new LBFH.

Internally,

It’s similar to DRR3 but different.
I need more time before I can explain it well, since LBFH is building on top of the foundation I laid out with DRR. But so far, it acts kinda like a bit shallower DRR3, with more nervous system regulation.

DRR out

I have many subs I’m trying to juggle now

DRR, LBFH, HeO, EE, WB.

I think It’s time to cut DRR completely.
1 year 9 months. It’s more than enough.

LBFH is building on what DRR has laid out. The results are also similar enough in practice to fit the “booster” slot in my stack. Not to mention the newer tech in LBFH.

I’ll look back at DRR again when it gets updated.

New rotation

That leaves me with 4 subs.
LBFH, HeO, EE, WB.

This is perfect since i need to take a scheduled long break for each sub once every 4-6 months.

I might as well put them on a rotation.

This cycle now is LBFH HeO WB.
The next is LBFH EE WB.
Then HeO EE WB.
Etc.

Though it will change once the update for UA is out.
I want to make a custom or a name embedded one with UA + WDB/E:D.

I think they fit me more than WB, but I’m not in a rush to swap WB with anything else either.
I barely scratched the 20s mark with it.
UA can wait, there’s a lot to explore still.

Update 1: The foundation

I’m increasingly able to build a more relaxed foundation.
When things get hectic, I’m able to refer back to it.
It feels like a more practically integrated version of the “just observe” I do when meditating.

The new tech is amazing.
I didn’t expect LBFH to take this direction, but I’m very satisfied with it.

No significant recon so far, I think I’m able to continue with this pace just fine.

HeO 15m LBFH 2m WB 14s

Every day I feel more regulated inside.
Even if the outside is hectic, I can feel a stable foundation to stand on inside.

This is the “foundation” I was expecting to get from stages 1 & 2 in DRR4.
I moved from DRR3 to DRR4 because I felt I needed a better foundation to stand on to help me progress further with it.

I’m getting that from LBFH instead.

DR needs the insights mined from DRReg, Summertime & LBFH.
This is absolutely the way.

Update 1:

Cats are approaching me
Best sub ever

I can feel my brain not being as fluid/easy to move as when I was actively using EE.
It has been almost a month since the last time I used the sub.

I’ll monitor the situation, then decide when to bring back EE to the stack.

Liberation of the “invisible self imposed obligations” that I thought were crucial for love.

That’s the theme I see LBFH help me explore.

It felt weird at first, sometimes it still does, but I’m able to catch on pretty quickly.

HeO 15m LBFH 2m40s WB 16s

It’s time to move to EE.

+15s/listening day

HeO hits something EE couldn’t, but the sheer boost & optimization from EE is just as important.
I need it more than HeO now.

Update 1:

I’m glad I didn’t choose DRR4 this cycle.
LBFH does the job just fine, building on top of the foundation that DRR has laid out.

I built the foundation for DRR using the old LBFH for around a year total.
Then I built the foundation for the new LBFH using DRR for 1y9m.

I’d have a hard time using DRR if I didn’t use LBFH first, but LBFH is building up on top of DRR.
This is a virtuous cycle of healing subs.
I’m very satisfied.

There’s still a lot to discover from LBFH, so I can’t say much for sure.
But there’s one result that sticks out.

LBFH is helping me build a stable foundation of regulation that I can fall back on whenever I need.
I can always find relaxation inside. It’s always there, ready to support me whenever life gets hectic.

The rest of the effects build on it.

There were DRRed & WB in my stack, and there are HeO & EE active, so I’m not quite sure which effect is from which sub yet. It’s not clear yet how to deduct them. Notably because LBFH is clearly building on the foundation DRRed has laid out. WB’s social scripting also helps LBFH immensely.

This is the almost perfect productivity stack.

EE has been working well as usual.
It needs the calmness from LBFH.

LBFH is lighter than DRRed, and it has better regulation scripting with the new tech.

WB will be back next cycle, just in time for when I need to take the scheduled break from HeO.

HeO has been amazing, I was planning to switch it out early, but i decided to get WB out instead. This stack fits my current situation better.

HeO 15m LBFH 5m40s EE 2m15s

I reset them all a while ago.

Finally I reached 15m again with HeO, now it’s time to get LBFH to 15m, then EE next.

3 at once is viable so far, but I wonder how it will be when I finally reach 15m for all of them.

I’ve used each one of the subs for a considerable amount of time, and they also align well with what I do, so there’s a high chance that this will go just fine.

WB’s results have degraded, but I’ve been able to retain a lot even without it.

Now that I think about it, it’s not just HeO, this is also how I got deeper into WB.
The longer I used it, the more willing I am to pick the life it offers to me.

That was also how I got hooked with LBFH, and the reason why I’m using SC now.
It steered me towards learning the value of healthy attachment, which ended up making me willing to choose that path out of my own free will. It was such a profound shift in the way that I viewed & lived my life. Everything comes very naturally.

Sometimes I take for granted how natural SC feels compared to subs from other companies.
I remember I used to rave about it so much when I first got here; I’m sure they’re still there near the beginning of this journal.

I thought the effects from WB would degrade even further, but a lot of it is still strong.

I feel like this is the new normal now.

LBFH might have a big role in maintaining it.

HeO 15m LBFH 15m Exe 4m20s

I doubt I’ll use WB again anytime soon.
HeO & Exe is such a good combination, it fixes my complaints with HeO back then.
LBFH is also filling the role of WB & DRR well.

I had planned to make a custom in the near future, but I see that it’s not as necessary anymore.
LBFH fixed the balance well enough.

Ideally, I could fit all of them in one stack, which I could with customs, but 2 artisan titles + a multistager + 2 other normal ones feels like pushing it a bit too much.
If 3 can get the job done, then 3 is enough.

8 months of Exe.
I just realized that now.

Not including the 6 months of LE which has the old Exe in it.

It has been pretty good so far. I can’t see myself switching anytime soon, unless LE gets an update.

I forgot I have to use it anyway to fill a slot next cycle for a month. I need to have it be in place of HeO for the scheduled long break.

And then the next for LBFH, then Exe, etc.

I don’t want to repeat the mistake i did when i first ran HeO and stuck with it for almost a year with no long break in between.

I could run UWX or Mogul instead, but I see no need to jump out of my sub rotation yet. It will add unnecessary load.

Exe is better with longer loops for me.

Trying to use lower exposure like I did with WB & DRR3 was unnecessary after all. My sweet spot is just high with it.

Hey William, how come it was a mistake?

Curious about your experience

It’s from my observation over my own experience, my friends’, and forum’s.

A long break gives more clarity & a chance for the sub to bloom, which helps with results.

Personally, i think of not doing it as a mistake, but I won’t say the same for others since i don’t have enough data on that yet.
