Will ultrasonic be effective through laptop speakers?

Will ultrasonic be effective through laptop speakers? ie. HP Pavilion

Yes should be fine. Use frequensee app to determine how loud to play it. Also do you hear distortion coming from the speakers? That be a sign that it can’t really handle Ultras. But it should be fine.

I don’t see why not. If phones can play ultrasonics, then laptop speakers should be fine. As long as they are able to reach about 20KHz, that is.

So, I move around alot, and I can’t use my headphones at all times. So today I have decided to leave the headphones around my neck and play the ultrasonic version. Frequensee app shows a spike to -50 to -30db in the ultrasonic range area.

Please give me feedback regarding this method.

That’s good. If it’s -30 at the speaker and then -50 where your ears are then that’s good.
